All those guys - in customer service - Gus and Steve, all their mechanics - are like from exemplary, excellent book story.
They are very knowledgeable, but considerate, tactful, modest and very professional and friendly at the same time!
They create the atmosphere like you are among friends or family members. They explain to you all meander around your vehicle in the way that everyone can understand! There is no even one second that you could think that they want just get money from you and make business on your misfortune!
All those guys are presenting the highest skills in aspects of professional knowledge and also difficult dealing with disoriented individuals like me! Their honesty was many times evaluated and confirmed many, many times!

“I am removing my old review to post this updated one because these guys need to give themselves a lot of credit here for the incredible work they do. I have been going to this shop for almost two years now, and I can confidently say they are the absolute gold standard for automotive service. I brought them a nearly 30-year-old vehicle, and the team here immediately identified major, obvious structural and mechanical issues that a previous shop completely missed. I had been totally ripped off by that previous shop—paying thousands for lazy work and fake inspections where they claimed nothing was wrong—but the crew here actually took the time to do things right and caught everything.
What truly sets this shop apart is that they aren't just parts-changers; they are true craftsmen who take massive pride in their work. “Above and beyond. I'm just a small customer that needed help with a car charger swap (replacing a recalled one with a new one....I provided both chargers). Intec came out to do the replacement, was on time, and completed the wiring work in about an hour. But the first crew didn't set up the software. I emailed and Mike came out himself a few hours later, and troubleshooted the install with me from the contractor side, and then helped with the consumer side as well. Above and beyond. Highly recommend.”
