“Paul at Mona Lisa is a delight to deal with. I had a custom made dress that he helped to design and I wore it on the Red Carpet! Everyone loved my dress as it was so unique and fit like a glove. They all wanted to know where I bought it from and I let everyone know that if you need a dress for a special occasion, Mona Lisa is a MUST!!”

“Went on a Thursday night. Service for the line slow. I get up there and the staff is talking to each other. Like, they need to stop and talk in between helping customers. Ex: shirt off the hanger, co worker says something, girl stops looks, responds, then continues with scanning the shirt. I kind of felt like I was interrupting their social time. No smile. The girl that cashed me out didn't look like she wanted to be awake, let alone be at work. Friends upfront, staff like that, let them run the floor. Ugh. Annoyed. But still a decent place to shop. Straighten out the customer service, please. I don't need a lot, talk to each other, that's ok, but don't be rude like ignore me completely while you continue on. Words said to me "yeah", "cash or card", and something about rewards or loyalty. Idk maybe I should have offered them some coffee and a chair to chill in. We aren't just customers, we are humans. You want to be treated like a human and so do customers. I'm not a let me speak to your manager type, but someone needs to fix the sleepy, situation. Girl needs some vitamins or a nap. Fake it til you make it.”
