I got great service at Crest Lincoln. Our salesman, Paul Billeci, was most patient and helpful, as we worked through the purchase of a 2025 Aviator. Crest Lincoln is a wonderful dealership, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience.

I have a Lincoln navigator has been multiple time service at the dealer every single time when I pick up the car I have a problem with the interior always When they serve it, they make a mess stain and dirt, but it’s a beige interior. Other than that I’m satisfied with the service.

The service department at Crest is top notch. They deliver what they say they will when they say they will have it done. My only reason for giving them 4 stars is because Covid is over and they need to go back to pre covid hours which included Saturdays. I should not have to travel to Troy for service on a Saturday.

The mobile service team came to my home and serviced my vehicle at the time they said they would be there. The work was done quickly and the service tech was knowledgeable and very pleasant. I recommend using Crest Lincoln for any service work.
