Absolutely impressed with crest Lincoln bought a used car, the manager matt was awesome he gave us a good deal and made sure the car was perfect for delivery, i will continue to buy cars from here. Best experience i have ever had at a dealer! If i could give them more then 5 stars i would.

We purchased a new car from Crest Lincoln, and the experience was fantastic from beginning to end. They made us feel welcome, and the dealership was spotless. Our salesperson Chris took good care of us and answered all of our questions. It was also great that there were no pressure sales tactics as we have experienced at other dealerships. We would definitely do business with them again.

We recently purchased a black 2021 aviator from Miles and he was one of the best car salesman we’ve ever encountered. The dealership went above and beyond to make the deal happen and we couldn’t be happier. We looked at other Lincoln dealerships in Oakland County, and Crest is by far the best. Much better customer service than Star Lincoln. Definitely check out Crest automotive, you will not be disappointed.

Roger Tauck is a wonderful person and fabulous salesman. He always goes above and beyond and has the customers best interest at heart. The car was detailed beautifully. The financial lady was very helpful and personable. Sorry I don’t know her name. I will always return to Roger and sing his praises to anyone I know looking for a car.

I purchased a Black Label Aviator from Lincoln of Troy, I cannot express how disappointed I am I did not purchase from CREST!! We have purchased vehicles in the past from Crest but last year during the Covid Shortage I sold my vehicle and was in the market for a new car so I was not able to wait UGGG....I went to Lincoln of Troy "what a joke" their customer service has been to deal with. During this past winter I had an issues where my windshield wiper would not wipe my window during a snowfall, I called up Troy and they told me it would be about week and half before they could get me in (I COULD NOT DRIVE SINCE I COULD NOT SEE OUT MY WINDOW when snow was falling), I ran it up to Crest they looked at it immediately and tighten a screw in about 2 min and on my way. I went to Troy for the camera recall (to long to write, but horrible experience and still not fixed) I will Never purchase from Troy again no matter how long I have to wait. I have told several friends and family to ONLY use Crest!! Crest is my dealership for now on, they care about the customer and actually take the time to help. My best friend just used Crest instead of Troy and had a Great experience. Crest Lincoln keep up the good work and THANK YOU!!!!

I traded in my Lincoln MKT that they could never fix at Crest Lincoln while it was under warranty (with brand new tires I just installed) for another Lincoln "certified" vehicle. As soon as I saw the vehicle I was about to test drive. I asked them if they can put new tires on since 3 out 4 tires were almost bald. They told me the tires are still good, and to my surprise, they would NOT put new tires on the vehicle. This vehicle I was purchasing came with 3 bald tires and a mismatched tire that was still good. After only 2 months of driving, one of the junky bald tires blew out at the sidewall. I contacted my salesmen Shawn at Crest Lincoln for help and they said they would help me on the phone and to come in and they would take care of me. I showed up to my appointment, only for Crest Lincoln to tell me the tires are "still good" and they refuse to help. Belle tire and Discount tire told me the blown tire was at the wear bar. This is the 6th vehicle I've purchased from Crest Lincoln, not to mention a few more other cars that my family has purchased from this dealer. This was my last resort posting this 1 star rating and that's only because I couldn't choose 0. So apparently, being a Ford employee and buying numerous vehicles from this dealership doesn't matter because they'll still screw you whenever they can. Crest Lincoln doesn't care about their customers nor do they care about their loyal customers either, for that matter. This "Lincoln certified" vehicle came with 3 junk tires and I shouldn't have to buy new tires only 2 months after buying this vehicle and having a blowout when I told them they are bald, considering I paid premium for it being used when it has been "certified." This dealer is a joke. They'll steal your money every chance they get. Buyer beware, take your business somewhere else. Thanks for nothing Crest Lincoln. Your dealership is a scam and I hope you people enjoy this junk rating and everyone reads this review before shopping. Take your business somewhere else. -Robert

My wife is not very outspoken so she'd rather I relay her sentiment about her overall experience(s) with the Crest Lincoln service department. I will get to the most recent experience in short order but first it should be noted this most recent experience is not the only bad one. It is, by far, the most horrible not only by the way she was treated in regard to the original concern but, more importantly, the absolute disgusting and laissez-faire attitude towards a secondary concern brought to the attention of the service department when bringing the car in. Any time my wife has dealt with this department she has felt demeaned, patronized and less than important. This in light of having spent roughly $4,000 on a "care free" maintenance package when she bought the car. We completely understand every situation is different and there are certain policies and procedures that have to be followed when addressing a customers issue. However, having purchased a Lincoln product and this package, she was promised "white glove" service and pretty much EVERYTHING covered under the plan (note: her car has roughly only 40k miles on it at the time of this last service and was purchased ~3 years ago). She should not be told (as she was this last visit) she needs to wait to bring her car in for a replacement battery and when forced to make an appointment be told she "may" have to wait up to 4 hrs while the decision is made to replace it. And, having been told their may be a 4 hr wait, not even be offered a loaner car. We live very far from the dealership. To take an entire day off of work AND worry about child care to have a simple thing like a battery replaced is appalling. In addition, the secondary concern was in regard to her alignment and the tread on 3 tires. The car was pulling hard to the left and we knew at least three of the tires needed to be replaced (just from the view from the outer perimeter of the car, not going underneath it). When she picked the car up from having the battery replaced she was told yes, the tires needed to be replaced and they'd have to look further into the alignment issue. That "something MAY be bent" causing the issue (i.e.; a the rod). She was forced to make another appointment and drive the car home (a 30 mile drive). Having driven the car I knew the alignment issue needed immediate attention (which is why it was brought to their attention). So the next day, before taking the car anywhere else, we took it straight to a nearby Belle tire. Not only was I amazed by what I was shown but disgusted that Crest allowed her to drive the car out of that dealership and all the way home without telling her just how bad the tires were. If they took the time to actually look at the tires (and I have to assume they did because they gave her a quote on what new ones would cost), allowing her to drive that car off the lot was grossly negligent. Belle tire refused to let us take the car home (and I thanked them for caring enough) because of the condition the tires were in. They were that bad. We couldn't see the extent of the tire wear until it was up on blocks and they let us in the "pit" to see. To get better, more companionate care from Belle Tire than from the dealership (and the Lincoln brand) from which she paid a lot of money to be treated AT LEAST humanely should speak volumes about the level of service at Crest Lincoln. I can say that when we are in the market for another vehicle, Lincoln will not even get considered in the decision making process. I can only hope something I said here will make some sort of impact on the level of service that place provides. My wife could have legitimately been seriously injured or killed (and maybe someone else in the process) because of the sheer laziness, or worse, the incredibly dishonest practices this dealership operates under.

Just picked up my new Corsair hybrid. I live in Detroit and could choose from numerous dealerships closer to my home, but this is my 7th (I've lost count!) car from Crest Lincoln, and the reason is simple...great product, my salesperson, Chris, is a true professional, super helpful support staff, and a top-notch service department.

If you plan on getting your car services here, PLAN to come with a ride back. I was promised a shuttle would be scheduled to drop me home at the time of my appointment. The shuttle ended up taking over 2 hrs to arrive. That was 2 hrs of my time wasted sitting in the lounge. I talked to a couple salesman working there and they falsely assured me the shuttle would be here soon. So I didn't even book an uber or ride service under that assumption. Turned out they kept extending the time until 2 hrs had gone by. Such a horrible experience, would not recommend.

Roger went above and beyond for us to get our lease for our second time with him. He is amazing at what he does and great customer service. Thank you for always being there to answer questions before the process was done.Would give you a 6 star rating if that was possible. Would recommend Crest Lincoln and Roger the salesperson for your next Lincoln purchase.
