This place is has so far been the best storage unit that we have used. We use this place to store our business equipment. Presley in the office has been very helpful in getting everything setup and coming up with creative solutions when we run into a snag.

Me and my family are already users of cube smart but we wanted to switch over to a smaller unit and Presley was extremely helpful and made us feel very comfortable and at ease

RUN RUN RUN DON'T RENT HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET CHARGED ALMOST DOUBLE ..
THE MANAGER USES HIS DISCRETION WHEN IT COMES TO CHARGING PEOPLE OUTRAGEOUS HIDDEN OR UNDISCLOSED FEES
Clean building decent monthly rates but be forewarned that they have a ton of undisclosed / Hidden fees to be specific they charge $50 for every item they determine to be trash ..
They don't have any trash cans and they keep the dumpsters locked all the time...
I have moved all my stuff to a different company right down the street that has 2 huge dumpsters for customer use plus they have multiple trash cans on every single level of the building...
And I can't forget to mention that they said they would never change a customer not even a dollar for leaving behind a couple small items that a toddler could pick up and put it somewhere and that were clearly not trash or Garbage or unwanted items...
I had hired a few guys to help me move and one of them forgot to put a few items back in my truck and they charged me $50 for each item..
This isn't posted anywhere in the facility and its definitely not in the rental contract..
On the same move we got stuck hanging to rent a uhaul truck for an extra day because the elevators are frequently out of order because the doors only stay open for 3 - 7 seconds causing people to hold them open and it puts them out of order...
Customer service expected me to carry appliances up several flights of stairs because of this..
This place has very unethical business practices so please don't leave behind anything on accident because not only will you lose the items Left behind regardless of their value they will charge you $50 per item too so I was charged $50 per item that was also out $600 in merchandise that was never returned to me plus nobody tried to call me or anything to give me enough time to pick up my very expensive items that was definitely not trash and certainly wasn't left behind on purpose. .
Shame on you Storage Sense, how dare you charge people such an outrageous fee for absolutely no reason...

Most of the time, moving out of a storage unti is an absolute nightmare. Not with Storage Sense of Sterling Heights!
Devin did EVERYTHING in his power to ensure we had a smooth moving-out. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the resources and also the resources to dispose of the things we didn’t want anymore.
The manager was wonderful as well. She made sure that the company that was to dispose of our waste had access to the unit and got their money. She took care of everything when we weren't even there. Now that's service! Hopefully, I won't need a storage unit anytime soon. But if I do, I know where to go!
