  Poor service. Can’t call the pharmacy and talk to a person have to leave a message and they will call you back when it’s convenient for them. Rude clerks working in the pharmacy that make it unpleasant going there to get prescriptions. Done stock meds for monthly prescriptions have to wait for them to order when you need the meds. Also dumped my CVS stock. So long.

  terrible service.. never have my meds.. order. take days.. had to go without meds... drive 20milles to ger meds .. less then one star

  No one is any help at this location. They claim they’re scanning a “discount” card to help with savings all while jacking up the price of whatever your script is. All a bunch of nins running around like chickens with their heads cut off and no one ever has any answers. I would rather go without my prescription than deal with the headache and the nonsense that comes from this place.

  Most of the ladies that work here … they’re attitudes suck👎🏻 horrible customer service. If you hate your job so much LEAVE! There are actually people who would love to work here with smiles & positive vibes all day 🤢

  Something has really change at CVS stores, at least at the one right down the street from my huge garden center, Gramma's Gardens, in Troy? For the better!
  
  I'm on Medicare now, with an OTC card, and CVS has a lot of blue tag items. I was in need of stuff that qualified, so I brought it all up to the counter to pay. The guy, dressed in cool, wild clothes (which is awesome for business), assisted me with the whole process! I couldn't believe, as a senior, what great service I got from him?
  
  Anyway, I got home and had purchased highly fragrant Ebson salts. I was hurting real bad and attempted to return them the next day. They were so busy there, but a manager saw I needed assistance, badly, so she called me to a separate register.
  
  She made the whole return process a breeze, even though I opened the packaging.....it was not a good product! Not only that, and this was strange, she noticed I was struggling to find the right product, so she closed the register down, ran and got me the right product to help (non fragrant salts).
  
  I was surprised how they changed at that store? Such nice service! And I get to park, right up front, in the handicapped spot :)
  
  I figured writing a good review is far better than a call to corporate. They probably just hear complaints all day. Hahaha! Thanks for being a great part of our community in Troy, CVS.

  If there was a no star they would Get it I Have a Great friend He Is a disabled UAW Auto workers and he gets the runaround for his medication this is the second time that I have seen he has been going there for over 20 years to the same CVS. And the pharmacy employee was totally disrespecting him . Three days without medication and counting .... This is unacceptable .... They are getting a BIG FAT 0

  Pharmacy doesn’t take blue cross blue shield insurance. Good question is what kind of insurance do they take?!?

  Unacceptable customer service, waited 20 minutes until I couldn’t stand it anymore for someone to answer the pharmacy.I called the general store to confirm if they were open, the person answered the phone, coughing, I didn’t even get the whole sentence out to inquire my question, when I was thrown on hold another 20 minutes RIDICULOUS!I hung up and called again, wanting to talk to a manager, the prompts for so long, I just gave up. Why bother even staying open?
