The ladies in the pharmacy are rude as hell. Very quick to cut you off and not fully listen to anything youre trying to explain. While in the middle of the transaction they had issues with my insurance card. The i assume manager as she was dressed in business casual attire unlike anyone else asked me to verfiy my insurance number online i literally go to do so and she ask for someone to shut the gate. I was in their way so i look up, only then did she say we close from 1:30-2:00. I understand that but i feel they should've told me that prior to yelling out close the gate or idk finishing the transaction we had already started! Honestly ill take my business up the road to rite aid. If you want to be treated with respect and your money valued dont go here

I just used this CVS to grab Kleenex and some candies and toiletries for the house store is clean. Looks good like every Cvs however, the young man that checked me out was so rude. I actually said hi to him I got nothing but a grunt and when he was done, he just turned around and walked away from the register. I had to yell behind him goodbye it is a thing to have Service with people that are polite and warm and welcoming. I think that your store needs to really review their policies and make sure that happens five years ago. Cvs had great warm, greeters, and great cashiers. I find now that the cashiers at a lot of the stores are rude, and could care less if you’re there or not I think that Cvs needs to really review some of their employment and talk to people about not being rude and disrespectful and having a smile on their face this young man look like he was absolutely miserable , I tried to be warm and friendly, but it certain point you just walk away Cvs you must do better

AVOID THIS PHARMACY. Unless you want to be screamed at by the “pharmacist” in Arabic and have her finger in your face. I’ve been going to this CVS for about a couple years now no problem then they said were getting an error message saying my insurance is not active so I called my insurance and they said it was so I go back to the pharmacy and tell them what my insurance was telling me and the pharmacist handed me a paper telling me what it was telling them. So a couple days later I call my insurance and they said everything was active and that if the pharmacy has any issue that it’s their job to call their pharmacy line to verify eligibility. So I go back to the pharmacy and told them that my insurance said I was active and the pharmacist gives me the same paper and I told her if she was going to give me the same paper I don’t want it and would like her to call my insurance, I even provided her with the phone number that they gave me she started having an attitude and mumbling under her breath so I confronted her and she got close to my face and put her finger in my face and started screaming at me in Arabic (I don’t know Arabic). When I told her that she walked away screaming “go somewhere else then I don’t care”.I work with patients and take care of ill individuals and I would never react the way she did. Completely uncalled for and disheartening. I was in shock. I will pray for her.

The service at this store was outstanding Janet went out her way to help me with some pictures off my phone I would have been their all day trying to figure it out I would recommend this store to anyone

CVS is an OK drug store. I am using it over Walgreens and Meijers, mainly for its convenience. CVS has been incapable in combining my prescriptions. Today they informed me 1 was ready & please pick it up. Two days ago they informed me they were working on 2 prescriptions. So why tell me only one is ready? Their phone app works but not real well. Server is off line intermittently. I have found it shows items in my cart when I didn't order any. They also sent me notices to get COVID test kits but the first 2 stores they showed kits were available when ordered had none.But Walgreen's web site was worse.Minor medical service like immunizations is good.General merchandise choice is good.

I ALWAYS put my prescription in early, and they still NEVER have it on time. They'll have my prescription order up to 5-7 days early, and when it comes to the day to pick it up, suddenly they're out of my prescription and I still have to wait another 2-3 days. After this month I'll be switching pharmacies. I just hope they don't do this to people with more serious medications.

Im so glad i chose this cvs location for my medical needs. Both staff in the back at the pharmacy and front registers were so helpful. The main person who did an amazing job is liliana at the front register. Thanks for all your help

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy even after waiting 32 minutes to call in refills one script not refilled because I have to call the Dr. To get him to call them in! I would give zero if I could!

I have been a CVS client for years and years. This branch has a bathroom that is available for customer use. However no one pays any attention to it. It is dirty and did not even have any soap to wash your hands with. I am thankful that there is a bathroom facility, just requesting the manager to take a look and make sure that it is cleaned and prepped for customers. Thank you.

Had a problem with another C.V.S store not properly putting together a couple of photos I had purchased. I was sent to see Laura ( the store manager) who in turn fixed my problem and was pleasant as all heck. We need more people like . Thank you again!

Went for flu shot. Got appointment on line&filled out form to speed up process. Got to store told me to fill out another form and waited almost an hour. Noone was in line ahead of us but still waited.

I've been visiting this CVS for several years. It's been remodeled fairly recently, and while the pharmacy is generally very busy; the staff has always been polite, helpful, and hustles. Vaccines and shots are easy, I made a same-day appointment via the app, was in & out quickly.

I went to this store for the first time. As soon as I walked in the door, I asked where something was but the cashier wasn’t very friendly and acted like should couldn’t hear me. Another male employee came of of nowhere and heard what I was asking for and directed me to what I needed. On the way out, the same cashier ignored me because she was helping someone at the register but could have said that she would be with me shortly. It was taking way to long so I did the self checkout and had no problem. Shoutout to the white male employee that helped me get what I needed quickly!
