They don't process (instead, they move to hold) prescriptions requested to be refilled through the CVS app.. Also, they don't fill regular (non-control) prescriptions sent from the physician, and give you a non-excuse on why they haven't filled them when you arrive to the pharmacy. I transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy, and won't be using this pharmacy going forward.

Worst cvs I go to pick up my script they tell me it’s not ready come back in 20 min I go back 2 hours later and they tell me the had to get verification from my doctor and he didn’t answer them and now I have to go back tomorrow
I don’t like leaving bad reviews but that was very unprofessional

Pharmacy is a joke and now you can't even get anyone on the phone. You have to leave a vm and no one calls you back. The store is grosse and always dirty.

Pharmacy young Arabic woman said copay was $1.10, but she added 2 extra 9’s to the total so my total was $110.99 either on purpose or mistake.

I was there 15 minutes before they close for my perscription and the pharmacist technician and clerk were being extremely rude I would never recommend any family or friends to go there again .

I requested almost 30hrs earlier to fill out my presentation but they didn't fill out it. I never seen any pharmacy like it who ignored patient's request. Medicine is not a food, it's life saving products but they didn't care patient's life. They didn't apologize to customer. Terrible condition!! No body visit this pharmacy anymore.

The pharmacy staff treated me with disrespect, rudeness, and lack of concern when they lost my credit card in the drive-through. The pharmacist insisted she had returned my card, when she hadn’t. After searching, it was found wedged in the drawer in a crack. She offered no apology for the inexcusable way in which she treated me, demanding that I get out of my car and search the ground. She even demanded that I empty my purse. Her attitude was derogatory and unprofessional, and I recommend avoiding this pharmacy at all costs. The pharmacist didn’t seem to feel at all responsible for returning my credit card. Rather, she was anxious for me to leave.

This is theeeeeee worst CVS everrrrrrr!!!! They never have anything you are looking for.
I don’t know the females name that was in the Pharmacy right before closing on 4/1 but she was a complete idiot she tried to make it seem as if I was the stupid one. I gave her my Debit card on a clip board that she gave me, I literally saw my card on the clip board inside the drawer that you put the items in. She proceeded to tell me I never gave her my card, I got my flash light looked all through my car and on the ground which was a waste of time because like I said I saw my card on the clipboard inside the drawer. She insisted that I didn’t give her my card. I go inside the store, the manager looked on the camera came back and told me she didn’t see my card on the clipboard LIES!!!!! I’m pretty sure they’re gonna find my card in the store or the dummy put it in someone else’s bag. I had to cancel my card and request a new one all because of the incompetence of your stupid employee.
I’m calling my Dr. to put the script in at Walgreens, I will NEVER use CVS for any prescriptions again. I was mad at a guy that got mad at someone at the pharmacy when I dropped my script off I should’ve know then not to deal with them.???

They don’t even acknowledge you, customer service sucks. Not friendly. Waited for help, walked right passed me 3 times, both employee. Tried to get attention but she was wearing AirPods pretending to not hear me. 2nd time I raised my voice & other customers saw how upset I was as I patiently waited the first time! Hire people more educated staff!
