On 3/25 I spoke to the store manger around 11:30 am just had a few questions and my goodness He was absolutely the rudest person I have had to engage with in years! No interpersonal skills whatsoever! He should not be a manager, clerk or be any part of customer service!!! I have been coming to this store for over 15 yrs and have Never had a bad experience until today and it’s at this point I want to throw the whole store away!!! He is definitely the bad apple in the bunch! CVS Human Resources please do better!!

The pharmacy has functionality issues. Consider choosing a different store to avoid frustration, as the service here is quite poor.

I was very disappointed with the service of the employees. I went to get my medicine as usual. I waited for more than 15 minutes. There were more than 4 employees. I was watching them through the drive-thru window. They were standing and not doing anything. They were talking among themselves and joking and did not pay any attention to me. This is unacceptable. They did not have any other customers. I knocked on the window and they did not pay any attention to me. This is impolite. The employees should be trained again or sent to study again.

NEVER BUY GIFT CARDS FROM HERE!!!
I've bought amazom gift cards from this location multiple times, and I have ran into cards that have been cut where the activation codes are, along with cards that cant even be verified (meaning someone else pocketed the money)
Cvs won't do ANYTHING about this at all, even after calling corporate and explaining the situation to them.

I think there needs to be some retraining in the pharmacy. They held onto my card FOREVER when I was in the drive through(which took forever as there was NO urgency with 5+ people working), gave me my bag and I asked them about my debit card and she said she put it in the bag. 😮I have NEVER been given my card back in a bag. That is sloppy. I was forced to go to this location as my cvs is closing and I will be transferring my prescription to sunshine pharmacy now.

Very disappointed from the customer service at the pharmacy. The way they treated an elderly man due to his lack of English was unacceptable, careless and lack of work ethnic. The young Asian technician he didn’t have a name tag. My dad went to pick up my mom’s prescription and was told that she doesn’t have anything pending or on hold or refilled and this is his third trip to the pharmacy. He told me and I asked the doctor if he did send the prescription and I was told yes they did, they send the prescription 3 times to the pharmacy. The tech didn’t even look into his file, image if this medication was life or death situation. Why do we have these heartless and careless people working in the medical field? When I went to the pharmacy to see what was going on they opened his file they found the prescription and filled it. I was told by a different technician when I asked how come it wasn’t done this morning when my dad was here nor 2 days ago or 4 days ago the reason was that he checked on a different computer where it doesn’t show. What does this mean doing the job? Caring for our patients and their lives? Shame on these people that disrespect and don’t help our elderly community, it could be ur parent or ur grandparents… I’m extremely disappointed from what I saw at this location… I hope this review will be seen by the right people that could make a difference on how we treat people.

I used to despise name tags, I appreciate it now. I paid cash at the self checkout for a 15 dollar purchase. I found the item cheaper 2 hours later. REYNOLD a supposed manager in training was oblivious and rude as he was trying to perform a manager test. I understand store policy of an unopened item, but in no way should he manage. I rarely visit cvs, but I knew they had the item I wanted. I could have dealt with store credit even though I am on camera purchasing with cash. He ALSO told me to go self checkout without even looking up or asking what I needed.

I stopped for a couple of items, I rarely will go to CVS. I walked up to the register, a line at the self checkout, a young man, who I assumed was running a register. I asked, he said self checkout is over here. I don’t want to use self checkout, I don’t get paid for that. He did go to the register, & took care of me, then reiterated that using the self checkout. I am 76 years old & believe in old school. I will not stop in this store again.
