Wonderful service, and I had a great conversation with two of the workers, Lucas and Fransecko. Plenty of floor workers as well. When by the Stanley cups a worker let us know if we needed any help to let him know. When by the shoes the kind worker asked if we needed any help. My friend bought a winter Jacket and it is nice and comfy and great quality.

Came in for new shoes, blonde douchebag working in the shoes section ignores me, I come up to him and ask if he has a shoe in size 12. He scans it, says no, then walks away. Like BRO I don't like working customer service either but holy shit you could at least try to offer an alternative, or say you have it on your website or something.

My daughter and I came in for soccer gear today and we had the best customer service!! Val was beyond friendly and helpful with helping us find what we needed. She found us a soccer package/deal. Bryan B at the checkouts was not only polite but had a wonderful positive vibe. He was exactly what customer service should be! Kudos to starting our weekend off right.! A few of the cashiers could take note from Bryan B on how to greet and take care of customers.

Store #1265RENAE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! My son and I went shopping for him to buy some protective football gear as his last season is approaching in high school and also some items to wrap up his summer clothes. This store had everything we were looking for!When we went to checkout our items we were greeted by a lovely, happy, cheerful associate name Renae… she went over and beyond to help me and my son with coupons we didn’t know we had and was soooo pleasant I was extremely impressed by her professionalism and her fantastic personality! I think she should be a manager 100% and if every store had employees like Renae people wouldn’t online shop anymore. She’s the MAIN reason why I’ll be back to that store, then the clothes! The manager Steve was also nice and rewarded Renae with a High Five gift card for her excellent customer service. He’s a great manager as well. This store has great morale and great customer service!!!RENAE THANK YOU AGAIN AND WELL BE BACK KEEP UP YOUR WONDERFUL PERSONALITY!!!!-Happy Customer :)

Don’t bother ordering online or on the app (even though they send incentives to try to get you to use their app). I tried four times over two days to place orders. I used different types of delivery thinking that might be the issue: same day delivery, regular delivery and In store pick up. All items show as in stock. On the final attempt, I even got an estimated time of delivery. Yet every tine they just CANCEL the order with zero explanation. I ordered these as gifts and now the recipient won’t get any of it. It’s absolutely horrendous management and customer service, I won’t shop there again.

Has the latest trendy Nike, under armor, adidas, yeti, whatever.Most expensive place to shop for clothes.Dunhams is much better.I only come here if I absolutely have to for a random item I know they might have...Not even to mention,they stopped selling guns and hunting stuff altogether and are anti 2nd amendment, which used to be the main basis of their buisness.
