me and my dad were shopping at Dollar tree and we grabbed a box from display and the manager was about 40 to 50 years old he came up to us and he said hey, you cannot take my box in a rude way and we were shocked the box was thrown on the floor and he threatened my dad To get out of the store it’s not like he owns the store he was very un polite, rude he is a slipper on unprofessional The way he was talking to me and my dad very rude I would never go back to that store this manager needs to get fired Unprofessional.

Very mean staff we enters the store and one of the staff yeld at us for no reason and told us that she going to call the police

They even have regular carts anymore to come outside with the stuff that you buy. I wish they had regular carts with no polls. The lady in there was very rude. Bent over $70 and had carry everything by hand out with no help from inside. Won't be coming back.

The only Dollar Tree that is one of the busiest stores and has a great staff and when I say this, I speak to the public about my experiences and I always try to make a comment when I feel comfortable and not just another customer.
Attn MANAGEMENT…. You have a wonderful staff even when they have their very busy time every single one of them was polite to me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for because the store cleanliness is amazing and it is set up the way every restore should be set up just recommendation unfortunately I don’t have pictures now, but I will update this post later on thank you ladies at dollar store on Hall and Sh hey man, how do you spell? How do you Road Schonnher

This Dollar Tree location truly stands out! The store was not only well-stocked and organized, but the thoughtful arrangement made browsing a pleasant experience. We especially loved how the balloons were beautifully displayed, adding a festive touch. Additionally, some items were showcased in baskets available for purchase, creatively demonstrating how they could be used. The attention to detail in this store sets it apart from others we’ve visited—kudos to the team for maintaining such a welcoming and well-arranged space!

We shop there frequently. The older woman at the register has always been the kindest person in the entire store! However yesterday I was there and had a younger gal at the register. I was paying cash & she made a racist comment over a quarter I had given her. She tells us she can’t accept that coin because it was a “Metsican” coin. I took the coin back & looked at it again, it just so happened to be a Canadian coin. I proceeded to tell her I didn’t know what store I got it from but I never realized it til she said something. Also replied to her that it was definitely not a “Metsican” coin, I would know if it was & it’s “Mexican” not “Metsican” now how can you assume we’re Mexican? Yes we’re Latinos but there was no need for that comment. More than anything It was more of how she made that comment. She was somewhat belligerent we decided to bite our tongues. Although I’m positive she realized after the fact that it wasn’t necessary. I just wanted out of there. Very discourteous! She didn’t ask if we wanted a receipt or have a nice day or anything! If you don’t like your job, try to find something else. These comments to shoppers are very unpleasant & unnecessary!

I really didn’t want to make this because I like this dollar tree always buying stuff out of here but yesterday 6/26/24 I bought some chicken sandwiches and ham sandwiches and I ate a chicken sandwich after a minute I felt sick sweating hard and stomach started hurting bad it made me sick and feel like I was about to faint and I still feel like it today 6/27/24

I came into the store to buy some picture frames and a few items and I went out to my car to put the pictures in the picture frames as soon as I open up the package they were falling apart so I took them back into the store and wanted my money back. And the gentleman says I can't do that I can exchange it which I did because I needed and he tells me the manager says that they will not exchange them anymore that's it. So if you're buying something from their open it up look at it in the store before you buy it because they will not exchange it that's basically what he's telling me. That's almost like going to the pharmacy and your three pills short of your blood pressure pills and that's on you so you better check yourself before you leave the store to make sure everything is correct so sad.
