Today i received the best customer service I've had in years. The sale associated name was TIFFANY and she made shopping at DSW a pleasure. We need more people like Tiff. Simply the best.

Tiffany is the best! My daughter changed her mind re: the shoes she wanted to wear to Homecoming the night before the dance and the DSW on Schoenherr was the only location nearby to have the ones she wanted in stock. I called ahead to make sure they still had them before making the 40 min drive over. Tiffany was incredibly nice and helpful on the phone and held a size 9 and 9.5 for us. When we got there she was so pleasant and quickly got us our shoes. We arrived about half an hour before closing, but never felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing anyone which was very much appreciated. We ended up buying the shoes in a size 9 (and even got to use a 25% off coupon which was great!) Tiffany was so sweet as she rang us up and even double checked to make sure we had the correct size for both shoes. The store was bright, clean, organized, and had a large selection. And with wonderful employees like Tiffany, I'll definitely be back!

Probably a good place to buy shoes, but the speakers are blown, and they play the music kind of loud so it's very unpleasant. Just turn off the music or fix your speakers plz.

After trying on shoes for about 20 minutes, I was told I had to leave because they have been closed… When I asked when they closed, the employee said they closed at 7; as if it’s been a while. I asked what time it was, they said “it’s a little after that..”. I checked my phone, the time was 7:03. Not a “could you please make you selection, we are in the process of closing…” no patience at all. Just tell me that they are closed and that I’ll have to leave. That’s fine, I only needed that 20 minutes to try on what I wanted, and now that I’m being pushed out the door…I’ll just buy the product from Amazon for almost half the price… If a brick and mortar is going to charge much more than online, the least they could do is try to make it worth it with great customer service. This store won’t ever see a dime of my money again.

NO STARS ⭐️ AVOID this store! The department’s aren’t marked ? I cannot find any shoes in my size (men’s 6 1/2) I do not recommend anybody going there to get any shoes at all, because there are no clerks asking you if they can help you. AVOID

I visited the Scheonherr and Hall Rd DSW today.. WOW!! The service there was absolutely Amazing!! Two Associate shout outs... 1.) Heather, who Kindly and Joyfully helped me find the exact winter boots in the correct size that I had been searching for. 2.) Grace, who rang up my purchase and then Happily and Magically was able to give me a great price. Thank you ladies❣️ I am incredibly Grateful to both of you and will only be shopping at this location from now on 😀💖✨️

Just left the store
Grace was lovely at checkout
But literally every other woman working tonight on the floor had terrible customer service.
Nobody greeted me walking into the store stayed for about an hour and made eye contact several times with different women but still no speaking or asking if I needed help which I actually couldve used
They Followed me around the store but didnt bother to assist it was a bit intimidating to watch a group of employees huddle around talking and conversing
But showing no interest in helping
I would hate to play the prejudice card but I can only assume because the staff was very disconnected from the work place
And stand offish
I put my items on hold I'll be back tomorrow evening around the same time hopefully I get better customer service then
