Highest level of professionalism in the business!!! 100% recommended. From the beginning all the way through the closing Ed was on top of everything. From suggestions of how to prepare the condo, to his marketing strategy all the way up to the sale. We were always kept in the loop. Outstanding communication throughout the process. When the negotiation started, Ed's professional guidance was priceless.
The condo sold quickly, and above asking after just one weekend.
Even the Title Company was praising Ed on his thoroughness and preparation at closing which made the meeting short and sweet with no issues.

Extremely Professional Realtor! Ed is an experienced realtor and very organized with everything. He listens and does everything you ask him to do and more. He knows his job well and carries himself in a very confident manner. Ed always responded to my calls and texts immediately and I really liked that about him. His services exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Our house sold in a couple of days thanks to his work ethics and expertise. All American realtor. First off, it's comforting knowing that your needs are looked after, Ed listened, and was instrumental in our search. We were all over the board looking around, and Ed was patient, as we shot gunned our areas, looking at different homes. That's a lot. Second is a personal note, Ed made my wife comfortable, the meetings through the search were both enjoyable, and timely. Ed was organized, and flexible, being able to adjust as we found areas we didn't want to look, or with drive by, we were able to reschedule and not waste time.
Finally, Ed is an All American Patriot. I'll always support a person that defended our nation.

Ed was a great agent, it truly didn't matter if we could buy a million dollar house or a 100k house, his goal was always to find us the house that was rite for our family, with in our budget! we called him day night weekends and he would always pick up the phone!! and was always nice about it. After 4 year of us looking for a house he was the first agent out of 3 others to find us what we wore looking for, in only 3 months thank you Ed for being a great agent!!

Great Realtor. Ed Brittingham has to be one of the best realtor I have ever worked with. Very professional and attentive with all the details involved. It took a few months to finally close on a house and much work. It was an experience learned with all the different situations that we encountered.
