Laura is the best designer I have worked with. She is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Many times, she has brought accessories, i.e. artwork to my home in order for me to visualize it. I am very appreciative of that service and that is why I keep coming back.

We had an excellent experience shopping at the Lakeside Store in Sterling Heights . The salespeople (Laurie and Kathy) worked together to provide excellent customer . Michelle went the extra mile by offering to deliver an oversized piece of artwork that we were unable to transport . The store was displayed beautifully with many vinyettes.

Exceptional design experience from Kathi Kennedy! I knew what I was looking for and she put everything together perfectly. Everything I ordered was custom leather and fabric, I was expecting months of wait time, and in a few short weeks my furniture was ready to come home! The delivery men treated my furniture as it was their own. Every piece was professionally wrapped and protected.I had to have service done, and Kathy and Mason Sovey treated me like family and handled things seamlessly! Pat the service professional was fantastic as well! The expertise and knowledge of the entire team was top shelf! Very dissatisfied with service and product, ordered sofa and chair which were displayed in store, chair arrived different color and quality too much confusione and run around that is why I decided to get a refund and cancel my order. The salesperson was just as confused as the district manager who Never returned my call to resolve this matter. Would not recommend this furniture store to anyone…

My husband and I went to the Ethan Allen store in Sterling Heights to look for some new living room furniture because we were remodeling our home. Katelyn was the designer that helped us. She came to our home, got an idea of the style that we liked, took measurements and pictures, and put together a whole design idea. We went back a couple weeks later for our follow-up consultation to see what she came up with. We ended up buying everything in her design (with the exception of some artwork for the wall). She did an amazing job! I highly recommend working with her. Ethan Allen provides this consultation free of charge, which makes it even better! We are very pleased with the quality and construction of everything we purchased.

Laurie at the Utica, MI store is wonderful! She has helped me select multiple pieces for my home and every time, it’s been an excellent experience from purchase to delivery. I love my Ethan Allen pieces and am definitely a customer for life!
