Dina, the store manager or assistant manager is the biggest sweetheart ever. Best customer service, so considerate of others, super helpful. Great facility, super clean, very secure. A little expensive tho or I'd give it 5 stars.

EZ Storage has provided excellent service, support, clean and easy access.
One suggestion to consider for customers for those that close their storage unit mid month to issue a refund on days not used.
