I would strongly recommend that you never take your vehicle to this shop, as they will do anything in their power to steal your money. But if you do have a vehicle serviced here, get itemized descriptions of anything you authorize them to do. Have them cite every charge, or expect that they'll be stealing your money.
Just had a battery replaced on my car there. The battery terminal also needed replacement so I approved additional charges. But the additional (not disclosed) charges included an engine analysis diagnostic for an extra $111.
An undisclosed engine diagnostic, for a battery change?
These people put food on their table by mistreating their customers, not the types I'd ever patronize again.

Friendly staff.
I was told by Firestone that my vehicle needed a new engine. I took it to another Jay's auto shop in Detroit for a second opinion. All I needed was a water pump. That was a month ago. My vehicle is still running well after 1 month.

Got an oil change from them last month towards the end of it, I brought it back to them a day ago because of my lightbulbs being out. They tell me I have no oil in my car and I will have to get an oil change. They installed the filter improperly which caused the oil to leak out all over my catalytic converter. They were going to charge me until I said something and they said “we will discount it off.” No apology, very cold staff. I will never bring my car back to this place

Sterling Heights sold us the wrong battery even though they looked it up. It did not fit our vehicle. However, it was a problem w/the application, not the salesman! Luckily there was a different Firestone dealer in Monroe, MI that fixed us up very quickly!

I believe I experienced racial discrimination by the store manager, Ben Anson, at 36797 Van Dyke Ave, in Sterling Heights MI. I arrived on time for my 10 a.m. Lifetime Wheel alignment appointment. Shortly after, another white male customer arrived for a wheel alignment, and his vehicle was pulled into the alignment bay ahead of mine. I immediately raised this concern with the manager, Ben Anson, and asked that he remove the other vehicle before the tech start working on it and acknowledge that I was there first. He refused, saying that if I didn’t like it, he could return my keys, and I could take my car elsewhere. I’ve been a loyal Firestone customer for several years, purchasing multiple sets of tires, oil changes, and wheel alignments and recommending this repair facility to others. However, I will no longer support or recommend this establishment, as no one should have to endure this kind of treatment.

Dissapointed with this store. I went with my car 3 times to make the alignment and they didn't fixed. I heard from other people they had they have bad experience too. Not recomended.

My sister took her 2022 Jeep to have one tire checked on Sunday, indicator light stated 6 lbs left. The manager was rude n not friendly. Didn't even write up her vehicle. Only one other employee was working (and late). My 63 year old sister was told to wait outside not in the waiting room (why?). Employee filled 2 of the 4 tires only. They wouldn't even raise the vehicle to check for a nail/debris. $$ wasn't an issue, but safety is. Come Monday morning, the tire went flat!!! Complete inconvenience for a morning drive to work. Will not be back.

Spent 140 dollars for a 4 tire mount and balance (tire rack purchase) got on the freeway and wow it was terrible. Woke up next day to take to my dealer spent another 80 dollars and truck tires are smooth now. What a waste of money for something they should be a pro at
