My experience so far with Genisys has been very excellent. Crystal Cook was such a big help !!! She was very professional answered all my questions thoroughly and just overall a great experience. Also I spoke with Jennifer from the call center and she also was a big help and she answered my questions appropriately!! Thanks ladies you are truly the best ?

My experience at this branch has always been positive. I see Crystal Cook for all my loans because she really looks out for the best interest of the members. Could go on and on about all the great things but I’ll leave you with this…I’ve always been treated with respect and a genuinely friendly staff that really makes me happy I bank here.

Would rate zero stars if I was able. Disgusting predatory lenders with horrendous non-existent customer service. Stay away from this absolute joke of a credit union and the un-caring, rude, nasty "people" that work for this abysmal credit union that can't perform the simplest of tasks. Their business practices should be illegal. Worst experience I've ever had anywhere, period. Disgusting.

I am really disappointed in this credit union.
Each time I applied for a loan it's a problem. The person I spoke with a week ago she advised me that my loan was rejected due to an unsecured income, she called me back less than an hour i don't believe whomever looked over my application did not have my best interest. I am currently on long term disability. I have the same income I had a year in a half ago when I appled for a personal loan to refinance my vehicle. I was told then with this same income I would need a cosigner. Chase Bank approved me for the same loan, I applied for with your company without a cosigner for my vehicle. This time around I was not given any options for a loan approval. I called another company that approved me for the same loan, I rejected that loan for personal reasons. Now I know this credit union is not for me as a Genisys member.

They have a very friendly staff who are knowledgeable about products. I've been a member of this credit union for more than 30 years they have branches all over the area.

Currently sitting in the lobby... I see 6 employees and only 2 actually working. 3 tellers and a lady standing in line for 10+ minutes. This is pure laziness.

Rethink your policies. I am a disabled legally blind individual. I attempted to make my budgeting rounds checking in on my finances and was told no matter what I cannot check my balance over the phone that I must use the mobile app.....which doesn't work with my visual software. Then I was told to either spend $15 on the uber ride it would have cost yoto check my balance I.n person or have a family member come. That was insulting knowing that I live in an area with no immediate family for help. Not everyone is that privileged. I understand security, but other actions could have been taken.

Horrible. Bad service...bad attitude tellers...who are asking customers to remove hat's, glasses, masks. It's very strange. They are very nasty & rude. They enjoy this kind of interaction with customers. It's sick & disgusting. Everyone should be fired. If I could give 0 stars I would.

A few days ago i was passing by and decided to stop and cash a check. Recently i have had problems with certain tellers and a few locations but corporate always works it out. I have been a member for over 20 years. I get a condescending teller who is hassling me not questioning the check. She has my ID the check my account number she wants me to take glasses off i did then my hat NO! Now attitude she goes to the manager who now is going through the system to find a draft its a check so i give her the company information and they cash it. Now she is talking about the picture she took at the counter. WHY? These tellers need to be retrained in what customer service really is because they have no idea of what it is. You annoy someone and then smirk and say have a nice day. REALLY!
