Service was great. Had a issue with a the condenser that they ordered first with was not holding a charge they made it right with me and got me a rental for the extended time. Definitely would be back.

My insurance adjuster (progressive) made an appointment with Gerber Collision for repairs to my 23 Ram 1500, she also made an appointment for Enterprise Rent a Car to pick me up from the collision shop to get the rental. This was confirmed by email on 2.8.24 with a drop off date and time for 0900 on 2.24.24.This morning I arrive at the collision shop and the front desk clerk could not find my reservation so he asked for my claim number, I gave him the claim number and the name of my adjuster and he found my information but said there was no appointment for me to come in. I then showed him the email confirming my appointments with Gerber and Enterprise, he advised me that this happens all the time with PDSUITE, he then told me there was no estimater there today to even look at my truck and I would have to rebook for next week. I was already booked out from 2.8.24.another customer came in and he said the estimate will be right with you, I calmly asked why did you tell me there was no estimater here. he said oh well he has an appointment. Lie number 1the GM Nicole then came out and very aggressively advised I didn't have an appointment and the best she could do for me was get me in next Tuesday 2.27.24. I told Nicole they need to fix the issue between them and Progressive and the PDSUITE application, she then says there is no issue because this never happens. yet another lieI will never do business with this shop, they had no interest in fixing a mistake made between them and the insurance company, the GM had no interest in the fact that I've already waited two weeks to even get into the shop for repairs. They have no interest in fixing the PDSUITE system.

This is the second time I have been to a Gerber Collision. This time I went to the Sterling Heights location, with my Ford truck. The lady who helped me at the front desk who I am pretty sure was the office manager...Misha was amazing. She was very informative and knowledgeable. ONCE AGAIN GERBER COLLISION... Honestly shocked by the quality of service I received. Usually dealing with car repairs can be a headache and put me in tears. Lol. Not so much this time. They had my car for 4 days, which sucked, but I received timely updates. They detailed my car after they fixed it and even fixed a piece of my car that kept falling off (rubber door trim piece). They didn't have to do that nor did I expect it so it was definitely above and beyond. Even as we were paying we overheard another women in the shop saying basically the same thing. Top notch. Worst experience I've ever had with a shop. I was belittled. Numerous occasions when I presented my concerns. My lower radiator hose is rubbing on the sweet bar. I was told that his normal. I have taken pictures of multiple vehicles. Of the same make and model. All their lower radiator hoses aren't rubbing.There are more things wrong with this vehicle caused by the accident that they told me it was not part of the accident. I've only had one accident with my truck. Now that I have AAA involved. I would highly recommend not to go to the shop.

Adam H. 2019 Colorado the technician left multiple bolts loose. Multiple other things were not addressed. Lower radiator hose is rubbing on sway bar. Told thats normal. Its not normal. I even presented pictures of what it should be and how it's correctly on there to be told no that's not normal either.I was belittled by the tech and shop Foreman.I had to return numerous times for other things that they missed still finding things that they haven't done correctly. From the impact the cab slammed into the bed and sports bar they missed that so my interior is leaking water from the third brake light. But I was told that's not part of my accident when I only had one accident. This is the most worst experience I ever had Body Shop. I literally ended up paying for a rental for over a month and a half and I keep going back. I would highly recommend not to use this shop.

2019 colorado zr2. Absolutely worst experience I ever had with a shop. From discovering loose parts. bolts. oil cap loose. electrical cable for the positive side was not even tightened. They screwed up my coolant system. Consistently blows cold air. Scratched my windshield from the inside. Other repairs. The bed in the cab met. The sports bar was lifted on the bed. The cab pushed into the sports bar To the point where it cracked the 3rd brake light they never replaced it or caught it. The lower radiator hose is rubbing against the swaybar. They're answer for that for the lower hose all that's supposed to be that way. I've never in my life have been talked to like I'm an idiot. I swear the technician is on crack. Brought my concerns to 2 attention to the shop just to get the run around. And Belittled!!!!!!Adam H.

I've had to use Gerber twice because some person hit me. Both times they were thorough and knowledgeable. Their staff is professional and communicate very well. Because my car is older it took longer the first time to get the replacement parts but the job was excellent the paint is perfect the pinstriping was replaced perfectly I couldn't be more happy.

I took my car here to get repairs after a collision. The review seemed to go ok, they said they would call me when the parts were in. Two months later, I call them back to check the status, and they haven't ordered any parts yet. So, now I get to keep waiting.

My car looks great after the repairs, everyone was so nice and they even cleaned my car before bringing it back. The only issue is it felt like they didn't have the best communication with our insurance. We asked to be told certain things before repairs began and that never happened. Thankfully our insurance covered it. Thankfully the employees are really kind.
