These people are amazing. I want to give a special thank you to the person in charge. I am not from the area and went in shopping. I purchased a few things and went to pay, but my card didn't go through and I didn't have any cash on me. I showed that I did have money in my account, and the owner said it has to do with my bank. I told him I can go back to get cash but I am 30 min away and he then just took the money out from his pocket and paid the amount for me! Even though it wasn't a lot, he thanked me for coming in and said happy holidays! I asked if anyone had venmo or cash app or if he had it and no one did, and he said not to worry about it. He knew the drive there and back would most likely be as much as the amount I was paying. God bless him and everyone in that store and my friend if you are reading this, you are an angel and have made me see that there truly are beautiful souls still out there. God bless you all!

From their selection, extremely fair prices, to their friendly and accommodating staff, you will leave feeling grateful and content!Knowing you just supported the BEST local organization that goes above and beyond to support and rehabilitate so many deserving individuals in need of love and support is a blessing.

The clothes section is pathetically small. I headed out to my cousin's daughter's graduation party yesterday which was Hawaiian themed. I haven't owned a Hawaiian shirt since I was an adolescent so I stopped here to try to pick one up. No dice. I've seen little thrift stores at churches that are basically one medium sized room with no signage outside or promotion whatsoever with better clothing selections than here. It looked like they had a somewhat decent furniture selection; it seemed to be half the store though this is also one of those sad thrift stores with lots of empty space with stuff oddly spaced out to try to fill out the floor plan and to pretend as if they have enough product to fill out the store. Housewares looked like a sad jumble. I wandered back there looking for compact discs just to have something new to listen to in the Jeep and to not have entered here for nothing. I quickly gave up on this and turned around and left. I'm pretty sure there's been at least one other occasion I went in this thrift store looking for something, probably some specific clothing item and left empty handed, discouraged and disgusted. I ended up getting a Hawaiian shirt in good shape for $6 at the Salvation Army at Van Dyke and 23 Mile, which isn't the very best thrift store but it's pretty good, far better than Grace Centers of Hopeless. (Had to get in some sort of parting shot. Not my finest witticism but it will have to do. It's late.)

I always bring my donations here! They take most of my household items, and are very friendly. It's a very quick visit

This place used to be emptier. (I read that empty review, or I mean the review that said empty space in it.) Now I was in there more recently and there was a lot of items! I was surprised. A lot of irons, and this place seems to have kitchen items that people, like you, I, or your neighbor May use in the kitchen. Which is good for myself, and others. There were movies I think on VHS or DVDs there and a wooden rack full of cassette music. I think it's one of the most filled up places right now in that area. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I haven't had a bad experience there. I hope this place stays open. The family dollar closed down. I really hope that doesn't cause a domino effect or affect. I'm thinking it won't. I'm going to keep having good thoughts about this place and the other places over there. Thanks for all of the service over the years so far.

Must be new management because this place went downhill. Prices are a little outrageous for a thrift store and there’s barely any clothes here anymore. It’s mostly just empty space with furniture and and a few clothes racks. I will not be returning.
