Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback about our recent visit. My son’s haircut turned out great, and we’re really happy with the way it was done. However, the haircuts for myself and my cousin were not done well at all—we’re honestly pretty disappointed with the result.

I love the ease of check in with the app. I take my 5-year-old to get his haircut here and they can always squeeze him in. They've done a good job and I love the coupons. We'll be back.

I usually get great service from Great Clips and been going to Great Clips for the last 5 years. This visit was very strange. My stylist, Courtney, seemed to be in a rush, did not communicate much, and did not spray any water or anything to my hair before the cut. I asked for a layered cut on the front and to start it from under my chin, and a U-cut on the back as my usual haircut. First she didn’t cut enough to get rid of split ends on the back and my layers were too long on the front. So I asked her if she could start my layers from underneath my chin and cut a little more on the back to get rid of my split ends, she again started cutting without examining or asking me or showing me where to cut. I ended up with super short layers on the front and back. I’m not the confrontational type so I couldn’t go back and forth at the spot. This was so disappointing. Don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.
