I'm very happy with the ER. I got called right back and had tests and xrays in a timely manner. Results came quickly, and I was on my way. ?

Klever, Robert and his sidekick nurse with the smile grin, I did not go to your ER to hear about your luxury to be able to walk to your doctor’s office as needed because it’s so close to your home. So happy for you bud, your careless, and a follower of what I believe is negligence through hearsay of these famous charts all the doctors stare at and reference to more than the actual human being sitting in front of them.

I have dealt with very rude receptionist here at the office. Today when I called in for a prescription refill I was dreading it because of my awful experience with a rude girl a couple months ago.But to my happiness and surprise I was greeted by the most kind, sweetest person I have ever dealt with, her name is Brianna, and she was so nice I just had to come on here and brag about how wonderful she is, and that was only speaking with her for 3 minutes! She brightened my day and I know she will brighten yours too!Sincerely,Lisa Church

Where do I start? Me my daughter and dog suffered a horrific car accident sunday which left us injured, in pain and traumatized. When i tell you me and my daughter had a team of angels working with us and for us , i get emotional just thinking about it. Dr.Anderson, Nurse Kathy,Nurse Virna and Nurse Mary Jane were sent from heaven— we will be forever grateful. The amount of care, attention and going over and beyond was unprecedented. Thank you all for your care and services!

Today I brought my daughter in because she was having stomach pains and had threw up 7 times. We got to the back at 2:57 after waiting and waiting the nurse finally comes in with a popsicle. She says, the doctor wants her to eat a popsicle and then wait. So I’m like what? We’ve been waiting over 40 minutes for a popsicle. She said she’s probably dehydrated. I said she has been drinking fluids all day. She proceeded to leave. My daughter started eating the popsicle, but didn’t like it. So the nurse said oh just leave it in the vomit bucket. So I go to the front and ask where is the doctor, about this time we’ve been there an hour. He finally walks in and he says “what is the problem in here? He was so close to my daughter I asked him to back up. Like he was literally standing on top of her ( she was standing up because we were getting ready to leave). So I said we’ve been here an hour she’s in a lot of stomach pain and has been throwing up all day. His reply was “ okay and kids throw up” what do you want me to do. After that I just lost it. We left and I took her to children’s to get care she needed it. I went back to to the hospital afterwards. Dr. Pearl wasn’t in yet the nurses manager. I then went back around 9 to speak to him. Dr. Anderson is not a good doctor, and doesn’t have any type of bedside manner. He’s rude and doesn’t need to work in the emergency department.

My appointment was at 2:20. I checked in at 2:20p. Was told we let the person ahead of you go first because you weren’t here. “We have to keep the line moving.” Wth! Now I’m pushed behind for arriving on time?! Insane!!!!

These doctors, nurses, and front desk staff are not only good at their jobs, they seem like they actually really care about the patients. I would recommend this ER to anyone.

So I don’t have a MyChart. I had a test done in February and never got the results. However, they sent it the results that is to a non-existent my chart and now in order for me to get my information I have to jump through hoops for them, even though they never provided the information to begin with, I just don’t understand how they send my information to a nonexistent my chart but they never sent it to me. It just seems ridiculous stupid and unprofessional because well it’s like sending mail to a nonexistent address it’s idiotic and if I could give them a zero I would.

Over an hour wait time even with appointments. Nurse was very very rough in her swab exams. Probably skipping this place next time.

I went because I needed a prescription.i had a check up. Went to pick up scrip. When I got home I noticed the scrip was for the wrong dose. The office was closed. In the morning I called office. The receptionist said no one was there to fix it. I had to come in for another check up or call my primary. How bout I didn’t notice the mistake and took the med and overdosed. Thats a terrible mistake for a walk in clinic to This office and the people in it are incompetent! I would not recommend at all.

8 years ago, this place was amazing. I understand COVID happened, but my issues have nothing to do with that. I'm a type 1 Diabetic, who is/was on suboxone for chronic pain. I Also have many other medical issues including chronic pancreatitis. I have not had an episode in about 6 years. A few days ago I had gone to the ER, because I couldn't stand the pain. Mind you, I went at 3AM. I waited almost 2 hours just to be taken back. Once I got in, I saw a doctor, who was very demeaning (because I had a suboxone script) from then on I was treated as a drug addict. I had a pancreatitis attack. They saw it on blood work, but still had me get a CT. All while ONLY giving me Motrin through the IV and Tylenol tabs, which I couldn't keep down. ( those who don't know, when you have pancreatitis, you shouldn't have ANYTHING to eat or drink by mouth.) One doctor gave me a small dose of morphine every 4 hours and I was admitted. I was in SO much pain through my 2 days of staying there. But when I told the night nurse, Barbara, she called a doctor ( dont know the name) who said I'm lucky to even be getting morphine because of my suboxone, which I hadn't taken in 3 days at this point. The nurse told me, " you're fine, just breathe" mind you, I'm also a type 1 Diabetic and even though my sugar was at 287, NO ONE had given me insulin. My sugar was checked every 6 hours. Though Barabara insinuated that I was the one who should be checking my sugar. They gave me clear liquids the night I arrived, but no insulin, even though the juice the gave me had 50+ carbs in it. I hadn't seen a doctor until about 5PM the day After I came in to the admitting room. He was awkward, barley spoke, told my step daughter she could take me home. He said he'd advance my diet. Yet only advanced it enough so i could have sugar filled stuff like ice cream and milk. (Which I don't eat either). I expressed my concerns to nurse Hannah ( who was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING) They said they were waiting on G.I. to see me, which never happened and honestly I have no idea what G.I. has to do with what happened. It should have been Endocrinology, not GI. But Anyway, after not receiving ANY pain meds for 8+ hours, knowing my Lipase (pancreatic enzyme) count had gone down, I was wondering why I had to be there. I asked if I could go home, the doctor said "no" . I literally signed myself out, not only because they weren't doing anything for my pain "because I'm so lucky" to have a medicine that doesnt work on me due to my genetics, but because they were not treating my diabetes well. I would "eat" the fluids, i.e. yogurt, sherbert, etc. And my sugar would shoot up. And I would get nothing. No long acting, no short acting. The night nurse, Barbara, never gave me anything. Even when I called for the pain meds i was allowed to have, it took her over 2 hours to come to me. I asked to go home, they said no, I said let me sign a "AMA" they started the process, but then ALL OF A SUDDEN, the doctor changed his mind and got me discharged. This used to be my go-to hospital because of the specialists. Now, even with medical PROOF, and CONDITIONS, they treated me as a drug addict. I've come here so many times the last year for things as, rupture Ovarian cysts, kidney stones, UTI's, waited almost as long, but always told them I did not want anything narcotic. Yet the one time I come in, asking for relief, im giving ducking tylenol tabs. I will VERY much think returning to this place in the future just because of how judgemental the staff is.
