It's pretty bad when the customer behind me in line asks 2 different times if she could help me wrap and load the 18 pedestals into my truck.
I had a cast on my left foot and hand and no one from the store asked to help me wrap or load them.
And when I went in to buy these I asked the floral clerk for help but had to wait til she finished her personal texting and then she referred me to the front cashier manager bc "they never have boxes" didn't know if they had boxes in the back!
Initially 2 employees did assist me but when it was their lunch, they left. And at that time only 2 ppl on the registers with a long line and they gave me the paper to wrap the 4+ lb pedestals. That's when the other customer offered her assistance. Very disappointed in the majority of customer service at this store.

Almost every time I come here there’s a line to the back of the store with only one cashier working. The manager stands at the door to greet guests instead of hopping on a register. No one is called either to go on a register. When a cashier does get added, you have to stand in one big line as they take one by one. Common sense would be to have the manager hop on a register and to call up more cashiers. The line is to the back of the store the weekend before Christmas with only one cashier. This is ridiculous.

When I come to this location the lines to wait is time consuming. Best to come during middle of the week during times of opening to 12pm after that expect to wait in long lines. Shirts, hoodies and vinyl are priced decent.

Nice store...unfortunately, they're closed on my only day off. Lots of cool items although pretty much everything in the store is made in China and marked way up.

While I've bought many things here before and like the name, I am absolutely appalled that the store does not stock and cannot or will not order ROUND PICTURES FRAMES. There are NO ROUND PICTURE FRAMES. Why? Why would Hobby Lobby sell round canvasses for painting, round crochet or cross stitch hoops, but no round frames or oval frames? The sign that says "CUSTOM FRAME SIZES" is a lie! I wanted a simple, run-of-the-mill, standard sized 12 inch round wooden or plastic picture frame to hold a 12 inch circular piece of glass, and they couldn't provide it! That's insane! Hobby Lobby is supposed to be an arts and crafts store, and that is a standard type of picture frame! As in zero round picture frames!!!! Are they afraid they're going to roll away!? I mean what gives!? Amazon has them are you just letting them take over? Can't even special order them, or round glass!? While I love China, shipping takes a month by sea! For not to carry standard inch sizes of round frames is pathetic as a major arts and crafts retailer. Good day. ?

I used to like hobby lobby but lately it seems I get treated like complete crap whenever I go in, especially by the women (most of the store), and especially if they are younger.
I came in to return something with the intent to get something different.
I came in the front door, and instantly got a dirty look from every cashier. There was only one cashier actually at her register though.
I got in line to return my item and a particular young female looked over at me, turned her head, and kept talking with another associate. The only one working and not just standing around there was the woman working the lane I was in.
I waited patiently, and then a woman from outside came in. The same young female that looked at me and looked away told her "if you have a return i can help you"
Of course I wasn't happy I had been ignored and suddenly, gee golly willikers, for some supernatural reason this lady decided to help another female instead. We all know what that's about. I looked up and the you female that had been looking away and took this other incoming womans return was looking right at me with a guilty look. As soon as our eyes met she looked away.
She helped the female customer and then WALKED AWAY from her register again, leaving me there in the line I had been in the whole time...not even offering to help me.
I am tired of this treatment I get every time I visit just because I am a male in a craft store and for some pansy reason the young women don't want to help me and just avoid me and give me dirty looks instead.
I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK
