9:30 PM on a Thursday & there are plenty of people/orders coming into this place. This poor employee is the only one working with a line of people waiting patiently, BUT STILL. She deserves all the credit for being so kind, calm, & takling everything on a night working solo.

Last night December 13th at 6:30pm I had put in an order. When it hadn't arrived at my house I called the store to find out why. I had accidently clicked for my order to be pick-up and not delivery. The manager (who's name I didn't catch) worked with me to get my order out to me. What amazing customer service! I really appreciated her understanding that mistakes happen, and I was grateful that she was able to get my pizzas delivered to me!

I ordered my food at 6:30pm, was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. Arrived at 7:05pm, paid for my food, FOOD WAS NOT READY! Several people came in, picked up their food, ordered, but mine was still not ready. I inquired as to why the wait, her answer was, IT WILL BE A FEW MORE MINUTES! Not sure if I'll be back, at least not if I'm hungry....?

We love our Hungry Howie's! The pizza, salad, Italian sandwich. The young people who work there are really professional and care about the quality while serving the products there. I love to see that these days.
