Absolutely awful experience I called them TWICE to make sure that they had the correct perma lock fitting. Even tops them to double check because I was driving an hour and a half out of my way and they told me twice that they confirmed it and when I got there it was the completely wrong item

I been to a hand full of grow stores and this one is hands down the best when it comes to prices! Ray and Brandon is very knowledgeable! Customer service has been lost over the years with Gen Z taking over the future, however, I can can honestly say this place takes pride servicing you from the moment you enter the doors you are greeted no matter how busy and handled with care while they take your purchase all the way to and in you vehicle! Thank you Hydrodepot for being such a great company!

The owner Niel is a complete scum bag who scammed me out of my own grow for 9 whole runs, he’s totaled out my basement to the point the concrete is crumbling, it’s been infested with mites and powdery mildew, he’s stolen my equipment that I’ve bought and paid for and also ripped me off when I would buy from his hydro store compared to my buddies stores where I get 5% above list cost, I highly suggest you spend your hard earn money elsewhere where

I wish I can put zero star to this location very stupid salesman. They have it I Purchase Ro System filter for $780 was missing parts on it he wasn’t like to return it and then I purchase another item high temperature sensor from them. I tested was not working I bring it back to them to return it or exchange it. He wasn’t like to return itAnd the salesman they have it over there He is very tough guy. He never help anyone. I will never go back purchase anything
