I wish I can put zero star to this location very stupid salesman. They have it I Purchase Ro System filter for $780 was missing parts on it he wasn’t like to return it and then I purchase another item high temperature sensor from them. I tested was not working I bring it back to them to return it or exchange it. He wasn’t like to return itAnd the salesman they have it over there He is very tough guy. He never help anyone. I will never go back purchase anything

I bought Heavy 16 line from them and their prices was 15% higher than everybody else. I will never shop there ever again. My purchase was in 6 gallon each for The whole line of product purchased in 6 gallon so my last was about $400 different. In price from other Hydro Store when I decide to return it, they said they cannot take it back is there a store policy and it was five days later and they store policies one day after I would never do business with them

What a joke. Bought 60$ timer 2 days ago, that I have to turn back in. Purchase a replacement ( because my system is running and need it) While waiting for them to deem mine is in fact broken for a refund. Didn't give me a time frame of how long this process takes. Great customer service ?
