Horrible service, horrible pizza horrible experience. First off, I ordered the smallest round pizza for my granddaughters with pepperoni. I was told it would be ready in 5-10 min. The girls were ok waiting but not for long. After sitting there for 20 minutes I wondered what happened. I was the only order and the only customer there waiting. They were making some call in orders but they forgot me even though I was sitting in plain view of the two employees and the manager. Well it gets better. I get back to the car and open the box and before my eyes was a pizza covered in grease and NO pepperoni! Wow. I’ll never go to any Jets Pizza again, nor will I subject my family to overpriced round pizza, covered in greasy cheese, with service that forgets the customer and is totally non-apologetic. We ended up throwing it away and going to a real pizza parlor.

I have had jet's pizza several times and it's usually great . But I resently purchase a pizza from 26 Mike and Romeo plank and it was absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had.Some one needs retrain those people how make a jet's pizza , I'm sorry for this complaint but when you pay a lot of money for a pizza you should get your money's worth .I will not go back!

Unfortunately, we have been going to the Fenton & Hill Road franchise in Flint for years. Customer service is hit or miss, but mostly a miss. Staff at the register are nice most of the time but management and owner are less than to be desired. The last time, manager by the name of "Nick" hung up on my wife. We called to let them know that our pizza was not as ordered, which has happened many, many times before. They even placed a note in our contact information that we saw when coming in for a pickup stating, "make sure to repeat this order three times to the customer." Seriously? How about "you check three times" before throwing into the oven and not burning it? It's really not that complicated. We were always patient as we know mistakes happen. However, hanging up on a customer when we call to voice a complaint that our pizza is not delivered as ordered was the last straw. Even told this yahoo "Nick" that we weren't looking for a free pizza, but to perhaps pay closer attention next time and maybe give us a $5.00 discount. "Nick" puts it on us as though it were our fault. Ya, that tells us it's time to frequent another Jets Pizza. You guys really do suck! Corporate doesn't care as this is a franchisee and we finally made the decision to part ways. Good luck. You guys are horrible with your customer service and just can't seem to ever get it right, especially when a customer demonstrates so much patience about a habitual problem for many years.

I ordered a NY style pizza with pepperoni on 1/2 it came with ( 0) pepperoni which I called the Lewis center ohio location the manager hung up on me, I called back then he called me a liar.. this is the worst customer service I ever not receivedDON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION IN LEWIS CENTER OHIO it SUCKS BAD...

I ordered hundreds of times from 21 and garfield as well as 23 and seaton drive over the years. Somehow, these guys never miss. Every time i get a quality pizza that is picture worthy. My only problem with jets pizza is i cant stop eating it until its gone and im busting at the seams ? Thanks for your quality and your consistency.

I put a complaint in about 2 weeks ago. Never got back to me! Sad. I have been a long time Jetts customer since they started really in the Detriot area. Now I live in Florida and there Pizza has gone down hill over the last few months. And they send me coupons to my name and my address since I was a regular customer and they are for online orders but they never work and when you call the location about it they basically say tuff luck. And corporate says on there website they are indepedent owned locations and there is not much they can do. Are you kidding me? Dah pull there frachise fine them do something. Again sad way to run a pizza busines in the 21st century. Former Customer!!!!

Jets is going down the drain. The fact that only give employees one shirt and hat for a uniform that’s mandatory and make them pay full website pricing for more shirts if needed. They’re clearly just here for profit not people nor the food. Thank goodness for the growth of way better pizza restaurants. Because jets just isn’t it anymore.

They do not allow customers to tip the employees working in store. They also make all of their in store employees sign a document to not accept any kind of tips from customers. A company that doesn’t allow their employees other than delivery drivers to collect tips is just plain awful.

Washington twp location likes to wrongfully terminate people due to the hostile work environment and a manager who likes to bully high school kids (management ran this place into the ground)

John Jett is a liar, so much so he had my original review taken down. Well, I’ll just keep putting up the truth. He doesn’t care about his franchisees, lies about the help corporate gives you, and don’t you dare let him tell you they have never closed a store. He even admits that he ignores new store owners because they are annoying g when they call in for help.Lies, all lies. He is all about the money. Eugene was ok, but he died before our store was completed. Eugene was obviously the brains, and John the left over Babagoul from last years Christmas party.Here is your well deserved one star review.

Let me say this…. We’ve been ordering from Jets for at least 4 years without even thinking twice about another pizza restaurant. I have two near me with the location on Ryan/10 mile being closest but we choose Ryan/12 mile bc we have always gotten fresh, hot, and very good pizza. A few months(3-4) back we ordered a pizza from Jets Ryan/12, it was awful. I literally could not eat it. I usually don’t complain but we spent like $45-$50 so it was a disappointment and a waste of money. I called and let them know, they gladly offered a credit and we were pleased with Jets righting there wrong. Well, after a long work week my hubby or myself didn’t feel like cooking so we elected to order a pizza, our go. Jets 10 extra pizza, cheese bread. Cinnamon sticks. Listen. IT WAS AWFUL!!!! In fact my hubby and i both got sick, stomach was extremely gassy, we both had diarrhea. I did not feed it to my son for fear of him getting sick.I made the call to inform the store, they offered a 1/2 credit. I wanted a full refund. They refused. Everything was old and stale not to mention extremely skimpy on the topics. And of course, I ordered and paid for extra cheese and it was not given to me. I made it very clear that i was extremely unhappy with their decision and we will not be patronizing Jets again, not Ryan/12 or any other Jets!
