I will NEVER return to this location again!!! No sign up front to say returns are IN THE BACK OF THE STORE! The damn cashier just stands there and let you stand in line for 10 minutes as she move slower than a dead person!!! Worst kohls everrrr!

Eh.. not going to lie.. you have to walk all the way to the back to return something. One person working the register as 4 of us waited in line for longer than we should have. Then you go to the counter to pay for what you are going to buy and they have a line with one or two people working the counter. If you want to do the check yourself out thing they do have that with a person helping those who need it. All in all, would I go back? Yes. I like their clothes options.

Could not find the shoes I wanted in my size, the shoe section was just a jumbled mess. Prices missing on sample shoes, totally unorganized, etc.

This store is not efficient as the other ones. I’ve been to other stores for online pick up and I was out within 5 mins. For this this purchase I had to go to customer service to get my order. I had to wait :45. Granted it’s holiday weekend but I feel the employees lack communication. What happened was that the employee scanned the codes from the back of the line and stopped at a certain spot so the other person could start scanning at the front of the line. Well that person never came to scan the people at the front of the line. Had I gone into the store and made my purchase the traditional way, I could saved :40 of my life. So much for the convenience of online pick up. When I called to speak with the manager, all they said was thanks for letting me know. Mic drop!

The wifi sucks, I wasn't able to use my kohls credit card due to not being able to load the app! Waited forever for online pickup. Will never do a online pick up again

The thin woman with medium brown hair and glasses at the return desk was extremely rude and snappy with me. I work in retail and understand that this time of year can be rough but I was being respectful and with every question I had asked she had snapped at me and just seemed very annoyed. If you can’t even fake being nice, maybe retail isn’t the job for you.

I regularly visit Kohls during my trips across the border. This used to be the best place to find good deals. The last few times I have found the prices to be higher than regular stores that sell the same items. No longer a regular stop.
