Absolutely the worst customer service any financial institution has provided. Please save yourself and don't open an account or a credit card here. They had one of their managers or staff members that is no longer with them, Lawanda, mess up my credit card account and then at the end after months of stringing me along, somehow it was twisted and became my fault and my credit card was closed leading me to lose all of my credit reward points that I had accumulated when I never missed a payment or had any issues for years. "The people in the back" management never once spoke with me about the situation, I tried to be as patient as possible but this is the worst service. Cherise finally spoke to me saying she was the manager and in their own words said they closed it because they wanted to do that period. Extremely unhelpful. This is without mentioning that I have been a member since before it was Live Life, for over 13 years. I am filing a formal complaint with the credit union and with the NCUA because this was an unfair treatment of a long-term customer.Hello, I'm not sure who responded here on Google but I have tried to reach Senior Management and was never once contacted with the person. Cherise was the only person who came to the phone and said she was the highest manager. I will file a formal complaint and update this if addressed.

I have been banking with LLFCU for years and have always had amazing service with them. Recently I had an issue with my debit card and the woman I worked with at the credit union to resolve my issues was extremely helpful and was a pleasure to work with.

Live Life deserves a 10 star rating. They are all so polite, friendly and go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met. They define what real customer service and client relationships mean. Keep up the great work!!!!!

I went into the Credit Union to open anAccount thinking that I would get a hassle because a few years ago my social security number has been compromised and the perpetrator had opened accounts using my number I felt like I was going to have a hard time because I've had such a hard time with TeleCheck and their systems to remove my name from their database but, fortunately for me I went into #LiveWell Credit Union and they were incredibly awesome and they opened the accounts for me with no hassle no problems. In 30 minutes if that muchamuch time. I'm up and ready to go.. The staff have been so nice and so kind and I really really am glad that I made the choice to LIVE WELL!! I look forward to a long personal and business banking relationship..

All i wanted was statements from an account I closed to file my taxes. A PDF file sent to my email. Sounds easy, right? Nope. I have to pay for said email and I wad told they have to "figure out" how to take my payment. Seriously? Youre a bank. You can't take a credit or debit card over the phone? Its been a week already of trying to communicate with them. They're only open for a couples hours a day while I'm at work so its been hard for me to get a hold of them. I'm very frustrated.

Everytime you call to speak to someone they say they say they will call you back no body ever does today we called and we heard a man say I dont want to talk to them. We took most of our money out of their ready to take the rest now. This is the worst credit union ever. We have been with them over 20 yrs. They have changed for the worst.
