I've been going here for almost 7 years.. the same girls have worked There for years, are pleasant good hearted people w/such excellent customer service, that I would never go anywhere else.... I'm grateful for their help when they've given me great deals on phones time & time again? Best Metro Store!!!!

Terrible customer service. Tmobile Tuesday app says you can claim things at any tmobile or tmobile metro place, so I went up to the counter and asked the lady there if they had any of the tmobile cups that they were giving out from the tmobile Tuesdays app and she verbatim said, "we're tmobile metro not tmobile" to which I responded well right here on the app it says any tmobile OR tmobile metro place, and she immediately changed her answer to "oh well we are all out." Disgusting staff, she probably lies to all her customers and is just super lazy and unfriendly to everyone. Worst type of person to ever be in a tmobile store.
