Even though they work FOR us they treat the co-owners poorly as if THEY own our property. They lord over us and take advantage of a weak board of the HOA. In the 13 years we've been here, the fees have risen 83% vs. 43% for the general inflation rate.

Terrible association. Why have rules if no one needs to follow them?
Deanna will not take care of an ongoing issue of 5 months now. Impossible to even get ahold of anyone.
