I came in to open an account, expecting professionalism and respect — especially from a credit union that claims to support educators and public employees. Instead, I was met with the most shockingly rude treatment I’ve ever experienced. Natalie’s attitude was dismissive, condescending, and completely uncalled for. We walked out immediately.
When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there wasn’t one — which is either untrue or deeply concerning. I’ve truly never felt so disrespected in any professional setting.
If this is how potential members are treated, I can only imagine what existing clients go through. Thankfully, there’s another credit union just a mile down the road that welcomed me with kindness and respect.
For a place that claims to serve educators, hiring someone who so clearly looks down on them is unacceptable. What a disappointing and unnecessary way to start my summer break.

This branch always gives the best service. I came in late one afternoon to pick up a check for a vehicle loan. There were some technical problems with the digital signature system but Lisa stayed after closing to help me. I was able to get the check and my new car! Thanks MSGCU!

I went to this branch to apply for a loan with a cheapest interest rate so I can save some money and I had an excellent experience working with an amazing manager Lauren puranen with the NMLS ID 1171777. Lauren is so nice, knowledgeable and smart.I am so satisfied with my visit to this branch and I recommend it to everyone is looking for a great service and saving 💰.
