I had my nails and toes done three weeks ago by Phil. He cut my hands while he was using the drill and did the same thing to my baby toes.
My fingers and toes started getting sensitive about four days ago and I didn’t know why. Today I had my nails and toes serviced at another salon.
When they took off the shellac, I saw yellow and green fungus in my nailbeds, on both my hands and my feet.
I am so embarrassed of my hands and feet.
I paid almost $200 cash for a service that sent me to the doctors office and I can’t even show my hand to my clients.
I do not recommend Phil or the salon for any services.

Pedicures feel like royal treatment, we don’t deserve them! I never in the 20 years of doing this have a I gotten consistent smoothie skin on the bottoms of my feet. Feels a bit undeserving ✨

My first time coming here was approx a week and a half ago. Got a full set which the nails were done way too wide and thick. They said I could come in to have them fixed. The gentleman who fixed them was very nice. However, since then my nails have been lifting and coming off like crazy. I am disappointed in what I have had done here. The staff is very nice but I feel like for what I paid, my nails should still be in great shape and not coming off.

Ahh.. it's close to home. My nails don't match the bottle. I'm a few days in and already chipped. I don't even do manual labor!! It's maddening but honestly normal for me. The vibe when I first walked in was a bit much. 2 younger guys playing on their phones. The quality is as expected. The one thing that really got to me? The thick plexi they have up is dirty. Sloppy. Gross. I sat there for a half hour and not one time was an attempt made. Looks like ever. That in turn makes me nervous that instruments are not sterilized as they should be. Would I go back? In a pinch and I'd watch them like a Hawk.

I got a shellac pedicure for the first time from this salon. I have a specific length and shape I like my toenails to be. The nail technician who was working on my nails was very patient and asked me multiple times if the length and shape was satisfactory for me. The final look with the color was perfect and I couldn’t be happier. I’m looking forward to go back!!

Went in for a quick broken nail, had my nails filled elsewhere 2 days ago, wanted someone to fix the broken nail and perhaps just get a color change, saw they weren’t busy. The older gentleman took care of my service. Fixed my broken nail, however toook forever for the acrylic to dry. Didn’t make the nail look like the rest. It’s extremely thin. Feels like the nail might break again. Also feels like the acrylic still isn’t fully set. Changed my color and was charged a whole $30 for a broken nail and color change. I was happy to pay that if the nail didn’t look the way it did. Now I’m reconsidering ever going back for not only the price but for the unnatural looking nail. Nice people though, convenient cause I live across the street, it’s unfortunate.

So I was planning to get my nails done on Monday because on the website they said they were closed Sunday but I saw that it was opened so I walked in and thankfully, there was no one else so I could straight away walk in and get my nails done. So I wanted a nice coffin shape acrylic nail set and they look nothing like the picture. And one of my thumb acrylics are literally slanted. When you walk in the uv lamps are so old and it just looks dirty. He didn’t even ask me how long I wanted my nails and he cut them shorter than I wanted and I felt bad to say anything so I just stayed quiet. They hurt me multiple times. Oh, and don’t even bother making an appointment. There was a bunch of people who walked in and the guy told them to leave cause they were busy. And there were only 2 people working there… and the guy said “I called them into work and they didn’t come” Okay?? So why aren’t you firing them and hiring new employees? Then he literally ignored a phone call from the shops phone which was most likely someone trying to make an appointment. Lastly this lady walked in and said her appointment was at 4. And the guy said they couldn’t take her cause it was too busy. So the poor lady sat there for an extra 30 minutes just to do her nails. If your gonna run a company then make sure you have you scheduling right! Then my nails ended up being $60. Would not recommend, never coming back.

I went first time to Natural Nails. I was pleasantly surprised with their service. They did a great job on my schelac manicure and their pedicure was the best. The employees are very kind , friendly and are doing a great job . To top it off they are the best priced place around. I highly recommend them. They are a gem.
