Awesome place to wash your laundry! Nice and clean inside, the washer and dryers are clean, chairs to sit in, vending machines, clean bathroom and plenty of washers and dryers for everyone. Staff is very friendly and helpful if you need anything. This is the only place I go.

I was going regularly, but the last 2 visits were terrible. The machines need to be cleaned very badly (and repaired as many are out of service)and my clothes had a weird smell afterwards. The clientele is scary.

I like their concept of loading a debit card with your money instead of putting a plethora of quarters in the machines.
The bathroom is clean. The floors look relatively clean. I can attest them mopping the floor each time I've been there.
My problems stem from them not keeping the exterior of the washers and dryers clean. If you come here to do laundry, be sure to bring a canister of disinfecting wipes with you, so you can wipe down the handles and control panels of the machines, counters to fold your clean clothes, as well as the laundry carts.
Lastly, they have more "Out of Service" machines than ones in working order. I see it every time I have gone there.

I always take my laundry to this location and always have a good experience, until today March 7th 2024, I have learned that this was the manager that I had a problem with, I was trying to get my card balance and I guess she thought I didnt know what I was doing so she is yelling at me across the room radio blasting and I told her I had it and stop yelling at me, and she started running her mouth and she had a family member there ( a Man) that started calling me all kinds of nasty names and he threatened to kick my buttt she kept telling him to stop but he kept running his mouth I grabbed my stuff and ran out and left, I was scared, I am
a 64 year old woman and I dont want to be pounded on just to do my laundry and I am scared to go back. I felt that I should have called the police but the guy went out the back door

The machine spits you out a card with rewards. Once you've spent $30 you get $3 back. There are plenty of machines of all sizes. Would use again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The RUDEST staff I have ever dealt with anywhere, dirty washing machines, and so many broken dryers there's a line of people waiting to use them ( minimum 30 minutes), they had dryers that they use for commercial accounts and even with 20 people waiting to put clothes in dryers the staff refused to open them. Prices keep going up.

Make sure to only put whatever amount of money you need on your card. They will not refund it. Scam laundromat, find one that uses coins so they won't steal your money
