My husband and I have been trying to reach the office over a billing dispute for 2 weeks now and no one answers the phone or returns messages. I even drove an hour to their Sterling Heights office in hopes of talking to someone and the office was locked and dark, even though the hours were posted right on their door that they should be open. It shouldn't be this difficult to get in touch with someone. Not to mention the reason we are trying to contact them is because we were told at the end of October that we only owed $34 and the machine would be paid off, yet I just had $221 taken from my account with a bill saying we still owe hundreds more! Terrible customer service

Very disorganized. Staff is unhelpful. Once they give you your device you are on your own, they will not help, will not provide further instruction, or any support. Insurance billing was inaccurate and had to be resubmitted numerous times. Ended up returning the device and going elsewhere that did not have these issues. It was unfortunately an incredibly unpleasant experience.

My wife got NO discount for their mistake. Charged $90 to replace batteries in Scooter. He only replaced one battery. My wife had to open case up and install the other battery. Technician is gone back to office to figure out the problem.....new charges is not for us. Chris called us, decided to treat us fairly and give us a discount.That's GOOD SERVICE ?

I received good service 3 years ago. Mom, with dementia, broke the drive lever on her Scooter. She drove it only 3 times. 3 years later, husband needs it. They told me it would only cost $75 for assessment. Assessment: Batteries and charger. My $150 assessment charge, turned into $300. They admitted, they "forgot" to mention. To top it off, after installing batteries with new charger, repairman still couldn't get it working. A new scooter that's been ridden 3 times!! Now, this starts a new bill!!MAD AS HELL!!! After having a terrible experience with other employees(they just had a bad day), Chris contacted me, Offering me a reasonable resolution. That's all I wanted. THANKS?

We donated medical equipment to these guys after my mother passed away. They returned my call in a timely manner and were very professional. Someone came by the same day and removed the items, including a hospital bed and a ramp that was drilled into the cement. The whole process was incredibly fast, and I'm just so relieved that it's all gone. Thank you Nexus!

Company has not paid their debt of over $4000. Have heard countless excuses as to why it has not been paid. Today, its that their "computers are down". We sent the product to them, they sold the product, we have not been paid.

Nexus Home Medical Equipment Came through for Us! My Mom is in a wheelchair and has a fused leg that needs the leg rest, hers broke and when I called the company who makes the wheelchair they told me 3-4 months out?? I did some research and found Nexus they actually had the part we needed, got it shipped out and we received it in a few days. Business Manager Chris is Awesome along with the entire Staff. So if you need any Medical Equipment I Highly Recommend Nexus.

I received excellent service from Chris at Nexus medical company for mom‘s new riser chair. Chris was so helpful and spent a lot of time with great patience explaining everything to me and put the sale in last Friday and it is already here to be delivered. That was so quick as far as delivery and I appreciate Chris so much for his help!!
