This salon is my go-to nail salon!! I won't go anywhere else from now on. I'll be the first to admit that I've tried many times to look around to see if other salons in the area may be better. But they are not! This is the best one in sterling hts, in my opinion. The service is great, they are very nice people and do an amazing job! Highly recommend ?

I took my mom here when she came to visit, they didn’t clean our cuticles there was only us in there at one point and they were rushing the service. They shaved my mom’s nail down all the way until it was thin and brittle. Her nails bent and broke when she was washing the dishes. We had to go get her acrylic on top of her real nails after that. It was very disappointing. First time and last time we ever went there.

I love this place. My nail tech Rachel is awesome! They also give you a complementary massage oil after your nail service. Safe and quiet environment. I gave my old nail salon of 15 years the boot after coming here. Sometimes you just want peace and quiet. I just wish they could change the TV channels to accommodate the clients.

I have been coming here to the salon for well over two years almost 3 now. I will never be coming back. They just lied straight to my face to get more money out of me. I feel so disrespected I thought I had a good relationship with the salon. What had happened was I came in for a soak off today, I have always got my acrylic nails done at the salon. When they were finished, ripping off my nails, after I asked for a soak off, which I tolerated by the way. My nail tech said I was all set and I began to pull out my wallet to tip her because I felt bad there was no charge for the service. I realize I did not have enough cash in my wallet, so I went to the dollar store right across in the plaza. When I returned, I asked for my cash to be broken down, so I could still give her a tip. To my surprise I was only handed back $10 and I then stated "this is only $10." The receptionist looks at me confused and says that yes soak off is $10. I told her that my nail tech said I was all set, and not to worry about it. I am confused and extremely disrespected. It really doesn't make sense to me that they also let me walk out without paying for a service when i had my card on me that I would have normally paid with like this whole situation is fishy and leads me to believe they lied straight to my face. They only accept tips via cash is the whole point why I went to the dollar store to get her a tip. I've been walked up to the counter to pay plenty of times (as any nail salon does) to pay and then I will tip there. If I was told "You're all set, Have a great new year" and she remains seated sorry that really seems like the service was free aka why I felt the need to tip extra but clearly it wasnt not that way. I love the nail tech I had shes a great lady but the receptionist and shes also the first chair nail tech has always been super rude to me & now lying. I dont do lying sorry X Overall - They ripped off my nails when I requested a soak-off, I should've spoken up and said something about that. Then to lie to me about being charged for something when I already left your facility is ridiculous, I came back to tip my nail tech but I was left with no money, money is already tight nowadays and it is disgusting to try and take advantage of people.
