I've been a happy customer here for many years and have worked with lots of great people. I gave you a five star review. It only takes one employee to be a complete jerk to take away the review and the customer. You have too many good people working there to let one person ruin it.

This store was short on store associates! I only saw 3 people working, and one was at the checkout and one at the print order desk, which left one for the entire floor! It took me 25 minutes to find the product that I was looking for.
