The store is clean and the shelves are well stocked and tidy. The manager and cashier were friendly and helpful. I enjoy browsing through the store and finding new items that will help me be more organized and efficient.

Ordered items online - they weren't in the pick-up area that Office Depot check out stated it would be in (the site specifically asks where you want to pick your print order up at). The Manager asks what I'm doing while I'm looking for my order.... I tell him. He says it's in the other area.I try to explain that's not where it's supposed to be -- he was rude and not helpful. I asked for his name -- he refused to give his name.I asked two other employees for help and they seemed scared of him and refused to help identify him.Horrible experience. It seems that Office Depot wants people to shop elsewhere.

The clerk was quite familiar with the tech cables I was looking ofr and gave me good input regarding what might be happening in my computer-printer situation. He even checked to see if my external cd--dvd rom driver was working.

The item I was looking for was NOT in stock, so I purchased a single ink cartridge, only to find that it was $10 cheaper ordering directly from HP AND delivery was free.
