It was really sad when they sold the pharmacy after the owner passed away. The workers there where treated you like family and I'll miss that. As far as the new owners they are very respectful,nice, Professional. It may not be like it once was but things change all the time. For me personally 10 out of 10 service

The new owners of this place are a JOKE!!! I’ve been coming here once a month consistently for nearly 7 years. I’ve never had a problem until now. Rita called me last month to tell me they’re striving to be great. Yet they don’t even have contracts in order so long time customers can get their medicine. Oh yeah and Rita had the audacity to call my child’s dr and argue they didn’t prescribe his medication correctly. Well she was so busy telling others they couldn’t do their job they she couldn’t do her own and sent me and my 5 year old on our way with unmixed antibiotics. This place used to be the best pharmacy around and now it’s spiraling quickly!!!

I HONESTLY WISH THAT I COULD GIVE THE PLUMBROOK PRESCRIPTION CENTER MORE THAN JUST FIVE STARS. THE FACT THAT I CAN'T GIVE THEM AT LEAST 10 STARS FOR THEIR SUBLIME SERVICE AND OVERALL OPTIMISTIC APPROACH IS BEYOND ME. FIVE STARS IS WHAT I GIVE TO BUSINESS SIMPLY FOR MEETING MY EXPECTATIONS. BUT THAT JUST DOESN'T DO THIS PHARMACY JUSTICE. NOT ONLY ARE THE EMOLOYEES INCREDIBLY POLITE, REMARKABLY PRODUCTIVE, AND UNBELIEVEABLY APPROACHABLE, TO ADD TO THIS ALREADY EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCE THE BEAUTIFUL OWNER IS ALSO THERE AND IS WILLING TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR EACH AND EVERYSINGLE IDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER. I WILL BE RECOMMENDING THIS PHARMACY TO EVERYONE I KNOW. AS A MATTER OF FACT, I WILL BE INSISTING THAT THEY DROP THEIR CURRENT PHARMACY FOR A MUCH MUCH BETTER ONE.

This pharmacy is under new ownership for the last year, give or take. Nothing like what it was.This place and Staff, lack the personal vibe it once had.No more little candy or drink stand, no more supplies.Staff used to make small talk, know your name and be cordile- now the ladies who work there are rude, come across as judgemental and have no respect when speaking to the actual patients. They make patients wait, and wait and wait.....they are just horrible now... Go elsewhere.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for about 5 years now. I have seen the changes over the last 2 years give or take. I usually Hate change, but the team they currently have i really appreciate them all. I have gotten to know the head pharmacist Archana and she is so nice and informative, she listens to me answers my questions and it's very patient. Kylie is also fantastic and all ways helpful. I hope she stays with plumbrook. Sandy the manager is also willing to help if there is a problem with a medication. I am sensitive to certain medications and she has gone out of her way to make sure I get the medication that doesn't give me any problems, and also there is Wendy. She is also very friendly. I like when i come in to a place and they know your name and dont treat you like just another patient. They are all very kind and understanding people. I hope this team stays

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. 10/10 always getting my scripts here.Sandy is absolutely amazing. Wendy and Kylie are superstars. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience.Covid precautions have been stellar. Never felt safer.

Wow never such a horrific experience. Often forgetting meds, out of meds we get filled every month for years. Sandy is rudest person I have ever met in my entire life. Dont go to this location.

Used to be a good pharmacy but not now!!! I call my prescriptions in a few days before I pick up and they fill prescriptions I have been taken off of and I have told them and they only fill half of my prescriptions and I always have to go back a 2nd time to get all of my prescriptions!!!
