I just recently got my first and the property manager Jody made the transition really easy. I was very picky and picked out multiple units, but this woman's level of patience is absolutely extraordinary. I'd highly recommend coming to this location to get your storage unit because the level of service is unparalleled. Thanks so much Jody for working with me and being patient. Jodie, the property manager at this location is not only an employee that goes above and beyond to engage with the customers, but is very knowledgeable about the property. Jodie is kind, caring, and considerate. Can't imagine the customers who are experiencing hardships or simply having a bad day dealing with a rude employee. I would give Jodie 100 + stars if there was an option to do so.

I was in the market for a short-term storage unit to house some personal items and originally chose it because the room was described to be climate-controlled. After reserving the room for $40 (plus start-up fees, the initial total was 90.19). When I arrived, I found that the floor of the unit itself was dirty and there was no air conditioning running. I was dissatisfied that the unit did not live up to the advertised expectations and therefore chose not to proceed with the rental. Additionally, after setting up the reservation, the employee mentioned that I had not completed the proper paperwork and thus needed to come in to provide signatures. I called the next morning to ask to cancel my reservation, and she informed me that they do not provide refunds, and informed me that I only needed to sign paperwork pertaining to the insurance premium, not the rest of the rental. Collecting payment on a rental that's been cancelled within 24 hours of reservation and lack of delivery on the provided description made this a poor experience, and I highly recommend seeing the storage unit prior to signing any rental agreement.

Jodi was rude I leveled headed and not compassionate me and my husband were very overwhelmed she told us that she could not help us with no transfers and that it was not her problem I have never experienced such rudeness from a manager that suppose to help customers reach a satisfaction and this just was not it
