Been coming to this location for years and always have a great experience. During my last visit, Braden did a great job, and provided some additional follow up due to Ford Pass being down the day of my oil change. Appreciate the attentiveness!

107 for a oil change, get real. this is why I change my own oil. If it wasn't out of pure convenience I wouldn't even know. it Cost 55 bucks when I do it my self. 🤙🤙 I won't be back ✌️👌 they tell you before hand and they do a great job. Very informative and thorough.

One of the relative few Ford "quick" lane oil change locations. No complaints. Friendly staff Said 1.5 hours, took 45 min. Comfortable wait, coffee, water, popcorn and work stations. Will return. I just can't make an appointment a week+ in advance. 9-5 M-F...for an oil change service. I work. I travel for work. I have a busy life. Thanks for this service,, albeit a 25 minute drive past 2 closer Ford dealerships.

This used to be my favorite place to go. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. But not anymore, not since they incorporated it into their regular service center. A regular oil change which used to take me 45 minutes in the morning now is a 3 hour wait. Who is going to wait 3 hours for an oil change, that’s crazy and poor business! Whoever made this decision, it was a bad one.

Took my Explorer for oil change and service was pretty good. James was the advisor and he kept in touch using text messages. Took an hour for the oil change on Saturday and waiting room is very nice and clean. They washed the car too after oil change which was very nice. (While waiting, I ran into our sales person, Hunter Hoppe - very nice guy and an awesome sales person :) Overall a great experience at this Ford location

The girl that took my info was just rude and kept rolling her eyes and side eyeing me. I asked her how long it would take to fix my 2 tires and she rolled her eyes and told me “umm idk like couple hours” and didnt specify how many hours. I came in at around 11:00 and its 12:30 right now and they still havent started on my car. I have class at 2:00 pm and im going to miss my class. I called them on the phone and they told me it wouldn’t take long. Never coming back here again.

Service is good Kevin W. Was great and helpful. Computers are awful getting my lifetime oil changes can be a task. Chris was very unhelpful and rude. Even with an 830am appointment still waited over an hour to be helped, walk-in helped before appointments
