They only service people of middle Eastern decent. Not only did the lady who let me in roll her eyes, her co worker started shaking her head before I could even approach the counter.I came to have some gold tested and they said "no, we don't do that for you." Excuse me?!Since when do jewelers not test metals? Meanwhile the other people behind the counter just shook their head as the lady I attempted to speak with gave a hand gesture that was suggestive of "just go"Good to see some old fashion racism still exists in Sterling Heights Michigan!

Very cheater peoples. I went there and purchased $2000 plus tax. After that I came back home and my neighbor told me, they included tax with the item price, not extra taxes. Then I called them and told them why they different different prices with different different peoples. They told me, we didn’t know about it, send us proof. I sent them proof right away. Then they told me, I don’t know about that. I counted it and give you $8 only. I told them how come $8 for $2000 tax? They said to me, I told you I didn’t know about it. I just give you $8. Tell me guys, why condition old lady want to give me $8? So, I talked about them with my community peoples. They are also told me, they are cheater, robber. They always something counted faster and faster more money and took more money from peoples. We never go over there. I don’t recommend them.

I was going to give a 0 lol. There's a sign says " appointments only" like there's a lot of customers inside?.It's not like they didn't talk to me but they were acting like I will only speak to you if you buy from me. The ladies in the store always look very unhappy ? & rude. Anyways nobody cares. Avoid this place. Go to High Glow! better customer service, large collection & good price. Atleast they aren't rude like these unhappy ladies?...

Jewelry is very poor quality.I brought ear rings for my five years old daughter, she put it on and the next day The piece come off….she was very upset coz she didn’t even wear one day.

I had bought two gold chain for my daughters and one of them broke apart when I took it back to them. They were very rude and called me a liar. I have been a loyal customer ever since they opened the business. I had the worst experience and me and my family members will never go there again.
