Go to the gas station down the street not here. The Auto pump shut off didn’t work and spilled $15+ dollars of premium gas all over the ground and employees were more mad about the not having stuff to clean it up. I simply went inside to let them know didn’t ask for money back or anything and was polite and they instantly got defensive started blaming me and complaining about not having stuff to clean it up. Didn’t get a sorry nothing.
Yes I get you’re supposed to attend it. But they don’t change the filters so it took literally 15-20 minutes to pump 17 gallons of gas (3 on the ground). I didn’t think anything of it at first and was watching the gauge intently because it was in the amount my vehicle sometimes takes until it wasn’t and I opened my door to see and I see it leaking all down my car with the nozzle still in. Even if I stood outside in the cold and watched it snail its way to overflowing they wouldn’t have cared and I shouldn’t have to stand outside my vehicle in single digit weather waiting for it to pump for almost 20 minutes and shouldn’t have to worry about the auto shut off. I have never seen nor heard of the auto shut off failing. Seems like the employees don’t do maintenance.
