Normally I experience good customer service at this location. When I attempted to buy some deck paint today the associate, instead of trying to facilitate my purchase was deliberately throwing obstacles in my path to the point I ended up leaving and buying my paint at Home Depot. Highly doubtful I'll ever buy paint here again.

Came on for mini roller covers none in the shelf nobody in there stocking. So I went to lowes. As a sherwin williams pro it's sad I have to shop somewhere else because the pallets weren't stocked onto the shelves yet. Lowes is fully stocked!

I've been in other Sherwin-Williams stores and this was my first time in this store. Very professional staff. Answered all of my questions. Painting is something you don't do all the time but I will go back to this store the next time I need paint.

The employees are always very helpful at the Sterling Heights Hayes and Hall location. Of course the paint is of great quality.

Had a less than stellar experience across the street with the Lowe’s paint department, so we stopped in to Sherwin-Williams as we needed to pick up paint ASAP. Both associates were super kind, and they got us the paint we needed. It was a custom color, and the cost of the gallon was super expensive. they heard us say we were going to leave it for the next people, and asked what we were using it for. We told them we had some touch ups to do as we were moving soon, and Nick went above and beyond to find our current condo association account to offset the cost of the gallon of paint. Huge thank you to the staff- we really appreciate you turning the day around and helping us out!

Sales staff was great to work with and they gave me some excellent advice. Will definitely be back. The paint went on so much better than many of the paints you get at the big box stores.

I needed help picking out the right color for my ceiling. The color I thought I needed was wrong and when I called to see if it could be lightened, I was told no. I should've gotten the basic one, which does not have anything added. Since the associate knew that I wasn't sure what color I needed, why didn't he suggest that color to begin with, so I could darken it as needed?I wasted $30 for a gallon ( no smaller size available) and I have absolutely no use for it. I have to go waste another $30 for hopefully the right color.From now on, I will stick to ACE. They have great service and know how to help me get the right colors.
