Garbage.. I've had mine since 2020 and the one side of the mattress is deflated down to the base. Called because I have a 15 year warranty and they tell me it's going to be well over $200 for a new air pump, and $119 for a used one and I have to install it. My dad bought the same bed for his house and its doing the same thing. Obviously they make faulty pumps so they can get more money from you after a couple of years and make you do the work to fix it. Wouldn't waste your money with this.

The salespeople there are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all of our questions and helped us get a great deal on our purchase. Highly recommend them.

Do not buy a sleep number bed! They have absolutely horrible follow up customer service. The bladder inside our king size bed that we spent almost $10,000 on went bad before two years. They want me to pay an additional $309 to replace it!

Randy Wade is the most compassionate, empathetic salesman. Randy realizes that everyone that enters this store is in need of comfort and a good night sleep. Randy helped my husband's 92 year old Korean War veteran with many health issues find his perfect sleep number bed. He went above and beyond to help him. My father in law loves his sleep number bed. Thank you Randy for all you do. Also, delivery and set up was as promised and went very smoothly. A great experience at this store.

Horrible experience with this company. Purchased the P5 Split King Mattress with the adjustable base and caused discomfort and pain for my wife and I. For such an expensive mattress it didn't feel much different than me $100 air mattress we use for camping.We called Sleep Number customer support for a solution and they said they would 2nd day air mattress toppers to see if they helped. Well they don't and they did not arrive for 5+ weeks (so much for second day air). The adjustable base is not refundable and Sleep Number says that it fits other mattresses, but it does not. The non Sleep Number mattress overhangs the width of the base at least 2 inches. Now we are stuck with a more than $2000 base that doesn't work and they are still charging us a $250 return fee. WORST company to work with and horrible customer service.AVOID DOING BUSINESS AT ALL COST

Loved the bed, very helpful staff, way out of my budget. Warranty didnt seem the best either. But wish it wasnt so much money, would have bought in a heartbeat!

We purchased our Sleep Number i8 queen size mattress set in August 2021. I decided wait to write a review of the mattress and the Pure Sleep Sleep Number store on Hall Rd until we'd had a chance to live with our new mattresses for awhile. It has been 6 months now and I can't say enough good things about the experience at the store, the customer service department at Sleep Number and the mattress itself. Our original purchase was the i8. It is a nice mattress and seemed like the perfect fit for the few minutes we tried it out in the store, but after a few weeks of real life sleeping it wasn't what we were expecting. We went back to the store and discussed our concerns with our salesman and without any questions he immediately ordered us the iLE Limited Edition as an exchange. We love our new mattress and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend the Pure Sleep store on Hall Rd in Clinton Twp.

Three customers, one sales staff.Couldn't get the salesman to sit with me to discuss my questions. After all the bed we were interested in was $8,000, come on how can this cost so much. The majority of the beds were thousands of dollars. I'm going to try a different location.

$7500 for a bed that I hate. I fell outside of the 100 day warranty and dealing with their customer service has been a nightmare. Don't buy it! Go elsewhere! Worst purchase I ever made and they are very unhelpful. Liked my tempurpedic way better!

After decades of resisting... We are so overjoyed with our bed. The salesmen were thorough, answered all our questions, and now, waking up without back pain for the first time in 20 years. Best investment ever!?
