Alex was awesome! Very informative, polite, & a very good memory. She made this process so easy. I highly recommend if you need storage! Not only is the storage affordable the customer service is a huge bonus!

Jenna is absolutely too rude to be handling any form of customer service or phone.
I tried to fill out a lease online but got busy in between. She called and left a message so I called back. Starting off with a terrible tone and without having any idea the distance from my work she told me that getting out at 5pm i wouldn’t have time to sign up for a storage unit before they close at 6pm….its a storage unit not a mortgage. I’m sure I could do 6 initials and sign my name and she could run my card within the hour available.
Then she gives me attitude because I don’t know the difference between types of locks and just kept repeating the word “disc lock” in an angry tone like I was stupid.
I kept with her because it’s close to the residence and how often do you have to deal with the workers at a storage. I double checked the online price of $44 a month for a 5x10 and she said no mentioned again an insurance that I already declined and then said they’d force me to buy their lock because I wouldn’t have enough time to get there in her opinion. Not sure what her plans after work were but they were BIG and she could not be late!!
I in a still wildly and unnecessarily polite tone explained to her she’s correct and maybe this location isn’t for me and that sweet professional woman hung up the phone. The company needs to STORE her in the back away from customers.
