Just switched from Verizon and was very impressed by the service I received at this location. I believe I worked with Koryn and she was knowledgeable and patient. We ran into some issues along the way and she handled it very well. T-Mobile earned a lifetime customer thanks to the service I received.

KORYN is the worst customer service I have encountered in my life, very rude… she would not allow my husband to finish his question…. She said it’s irritating hearing the same questions and that she already knows what questions the costumers are gonna ask, hence that is why she kept interrupting my husband …. This was our first trip to your store and our LAST……contemplating transferring our serice(5 lines over 10 years with T-Mobile ) to Verizon as soon as equipment is paid off, and you can thank KORYN for that, she is not a nice person!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible employees, walked in and had to get a new Sim but left bc had to go to work. Came back on my break and the two employees ignored me until I pull up my phone then a different employee came from the bathroom to help.

I stopped in the other day to look for a new phone and Rockelle was super helpful. I appreciated how well she listened to what I needed and her advice was just what I needed to make a good choice for my next phone.

It,s 7:25 pm Dec 5. I literally just left out of this place and it is my first and last time coming to this place! Walk in not one employee said anything to me. Not as much acknowledged I was there. No hello, how are you, I’ll be with you in a moment, how can I help you, NOTHING. All I wanted was to pick up my gift. So I stand there and I take it upon myself to say something to one of the employees, a guy wearing a black shirt, beard, and glasses. I told him I was just here for my gift. He is leaning against the counter staring at me saying nothing, so I tell him again. He stands up, walks over to the counter, mumbles for me to hit my code and instead of handing it to me he slides it in front says nothing, and he again stares, no have a good day nothing straight rudeness. So I told him you could have at least handed it to me and I picked it up and left. Very nasty attitude he has, no customer service and you don’t put something in front as if I’m trash and I can collect my item myself. I Hate Terrible Employees And Terrible Customer Experience. I’ve been with T-Mobile for years and years and it seems to be the brick and mortar that give the worst experience, which is why I don’t come to them if I don’t have to. Good riddance to this place don’t have to worry about me anymore.
