Had a issue where windows failed to install and took it down and had it fixed the next day. Great service and even some helpful advice about how to take care of my laptop, he even setup it up for me and it's never worked better. Thank you Leo!

I brought my desktop in to Startec due to files being deleted after getting infected. Leo was able to recover an immense amount of deleted personal photos, documents, etc, that I thought I might have lost forever. Upon recovering the data, he was able to transfer it to an external harddrive that was very easy to browse through all the files recovered. Leo recommended upgrading my original harddrive to a solid state drive for performance reasons and installed for me. He reinstalled Windows and all associated programs that were previously on the infected harddrive. I can not thank him enough for the professional work and craft that he employs. Leo is a great person, and I am very fortunate to have found my new go-to computer repair business. I will be recommending him to family, friends, and everyone else I know in need of any computer repair or support. Support your local businesses, and go to Startec. You will not be disappointed. Leo is awesome and one of the nicest and welcoming people I have ever met! He helped me fix a computer out of an old CNC machine. He didn't give up and because of his persistence, that old machine is still making money.

I worked with Leo. I had 3 old broken laptops with no power cords and wanted my info off of them. Nothing important but Leo was awesome! He gave me options and recommendations. He ended up grabbing what I needwd from all 3... even one from around 2005. I def. recommend this place. Great work in a very quick manner. He also was very welcoming and friendly and walked me through everything! A+ business that I recommend to all!

This is the best computer service center in tricounty Michigan. Outstanding customer service in a friendly family setting. Leo offers outstanding on the spot service in just a few minutes. My wife and I have visited the computer service center more than a few times over the years and it's time to give credit where credit is due. I am very satisfied with Startec Computers work, We had a nice phone call discussion about what was wrong and what parts were needed to upgrade and fix the issues. I brought my computer in and he discussed with me everything that was incorrect and how he was going to fix it super detailed. Excellent work was completed super fast and everything was working perfectly, even offered to clean up everything and make it look tidy. 5/5 i would recommend taking your pc here to have fixed.
