I’m a former, dedicated client. So disturbed by the gossiping about my former hairstylist/manager, to whom I’ve gone to for as long as she had been with Supercuts/BoRics. I followed Tina to her own Salon but would still go to Supercuts to get a bi-weekly or bi-monthly wash. The dark-haired and blond women who are the Stylist’s on the weekend asked the date of my last hair color and when I told the dark-haired stylist 2 weeks ago, she said Tina missed a lot of grey and told the blond-haired woman to come and look. Not only is it insulting to me and to Tina, it is a bad representation of Supercuts. Other clients were in the chairs and moms were there with their sons waiting for cuts. And I can see my own hair in the mirror and know Tina would never skip any grey. I did return the following week for a wash and the same stylist asked if I was ready to make the switch to her. Uh, no, definitely not. Especially when you are open about insulting me as a client, plus a former co-worker. Coincidentally, I ran into a former acquaintance/client of Tina’s that I met at Supercuts. She asked if I followed Tina, as did she, after she said the current Supercut stylists told her Tina only takes clients that get expensive services. This acquaintance also said it was the same women I had that were badmouthing Tina in front of Saturday Supercuts clients. I know this is not true of Tina because when Tina colors my hair at her new Salon, she also has several men at the same time there for quick haircuts (which are non-expensive services) and usually a woman client for which she is also coloring. Supercuts needs to train their stylists and take a page out of Tina’s book. Tina never persuaded me to switch to her for a bi-weekly hair wash, as she knew it was easier for me to hop into Supercuts on a weekend, as it fit my schedule easier as Supercuts is not that busy. Now I know why they are not that busy. Also, Tina and her daughter opened Meraki on 15 Mile Road in Sterling Heights with extensive services (FYI: right down the road and 2 minutes from the rude Supercuts)

Made an appt. And sat waiting for 20 minutes then the lady took back a client who just walked in but told me sinceother girl was supposed to be here for me and isn't so would i like to reschedule or wait in case she showed up. Unbelievable. Its hard enough for me to get myself out and now it was for nothing. Why wouldn'tshe have taken me herself before the walk in?
