Went to this location to check out the new s24 ultra. Wisam helped me out and showed me everything I needed to know. He was very patient and great with explaining everything. If you need T-Mobile this the store to go to the Manager Andre is amazing as well.

Walked in knowing exactly what phone I wanted just needed to discuss plans. Waited patiently like 20+ mins while other customers were helped. When I was finally helped like 20 seconds in the conversation the phone rang, I was sidelined few another few minutes...When I told him what phones I wanted the man walked into the back to see "if they had them". Another 10 mins goes by and I had to ask another salesperson if the guy was okay in the back. He explained that he was on another phone call. Way to be absolutely careless with peoples time. I guess you have enough sales. Horrible communication and service.

Wissam helped me and my family out and gave us the best deals possible and he was so helpful and answered every single one of our questions and was super patient with us I would totally recommend you ask for him next time your there

Went in because my phone had no connection/service. First person to help me was lazy, didn't really care if he helped me, because when I walked in to T-mobile my phone worked on there service. I left the service didn't work. Came back and Wisam did an esim card for me and helped me. Very professional and did care. Thank you Wisam.

It was time for a new phone (goodbye, my beloved home button). A little disclaimer - I am definitely not tech-savvy, and I ask A LOT of questions. That being said, Key was so patient and helpful! She answered every one of my 250 questions (I did mention I’m not tech-savvy), explained everything and was not pushy. My experience at this location was fantastic! Thank you for all of your help, Key!

THE STORE DEQUINDRE & 16 MILE ROAD (ANDRE) was very helpful. He took the time with me to resolve my issues. Thank You!Please Read On:Different locations give different experiences. Be AWARE OF THE SCARY & HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE YOU MAY RECEIVE FROM 14 MILE & Van Dyke Avenue!!! The employees seem to always be from other locations. The window sign says they are open until 8pm, I arrived at 7:10pm and the guy said he was the only employee from another store and he was closing early. No help!!! If you are reading this and need a job, please apply. This place needs to change their window sign. I walked all the way there, no one helped me. :(Edit: the store that I am reviewing is T- MOBILE, 33822 VAN DYKE AVENUE, STERLING HEIGHTS, MI 4831214 MILE & VAN DYKE AVENUE

This store is literally theifs.Bought a phone for my brother and asked them if he didn't like it. Can i return it. They answered yes without mentioning restocking fees. Otherwise, i would have ordered online for free. I go to return it and there is 40 dollars restocking fee. He didn't give us a sim card and said it would be an e sim card. tmobile told me to go back to the store and get a sim card since they charged us 37 for activation. Stay away from this store.

The guy that works there was very unprofessional. He was talking to us while FaceTiming. At the end, my issue was not resolved.

One guy there was very rude. I don't know his name. As soon I entered the store he signed me in and took care of 2 customers who came after me.I was very upset and he was looking at my face walking around and that was making me more upset. I have one extra star because the other guy took proper care of me.
