Went there to pick up a truck was told person paying had to pick up truck but no where on there website says anything about it nor asks for name on website shitty staff rude won’t ever do any buiness at this Home Depot period

I called last night to inquire about renting a truck. Was told that they do not do reservations. It’s first come first serve. I show up early this morning. The lot is full of trucks and I’m rudely told that they are all reserved. Thanks for nothing.

Take pictures before you rent they with will try to charge you a cleaning fee. Rude service. Liars dishonest staff

The deck sander I reserved was to small but fortunately they had a bigger one available. Except for their new POS ( which is a pos or just 1st day troubles) everything went smoothly. The staff was very helpful and knew their equipment. I rented from them before and will do so in the future.

Use their services regularly. Rented all kinds of stuff over time. I've had to add hydraulic fluid to a tractor once, but other than that I've had no major issues. Can't expect these folks to know everything about all they have to rent but they do a good job with what they have to work with.

Went here to get a key made yesterday. Nobody would wait on me despite many employees standing around. Store wasn't busy at all. Walked toward associate to ask for help and she walked the other way. I left.

I spent over $10000 and they gave me no reward points I asked the people in the store why and they said because I didn't have a store card then I found out that was a lie because you can register cards on the website so I lost over $100 because of these idiots

Needed to purchase deck stain and sealant to clean and revitalize and older deck. Paint dept was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me to understand how the products work. Sales personnel were easy to work with.

I guess it's time to shop at Lowes for the rest of the year. Home Depot is the only place that offers military discounts but puts tons of restrictions on them. Lowes let's me use them for business purchases whereas Home Depot doesn't and as of 2022 they only give us $400 discount per year. My business did $40k last year with Home Depot, $80k with Lowes, another $60 with my plumbing and miscellaneous suppliers. I am at $33,700 with Home Depot alone so far this year and they want to send an "congratulations, you reached the maximum military discount we are going to give you" email today. Veterans are under 5% of the population, that's 1 person in 20 that you know. As not every vet owns a house or does home projects that's maybe 1 in 50 customers Home Depot is giving a 10% discount to. As an even smaller number of vets own businesses that's probably not 1 in a 100. Home Depot offers a military discount just for PR not because they give a crap about vets... thanks for proving that.

Horrible place to rent equipment. Staff is too unknowledgeable about their equipment or what they even have available for rent. Waste gas time and money to go there after calling ahead.

Customer service and cashiers are great but many of the other department employees are not helpful at all. Frequently out of stock on many items. I would rather drive to the Home Depot in Utica.

I came in to find a jet tub and talked to a man in that department. Gave him the dimensions and he told me the did not have it go online and look it.up what happen to customer service. I got better service at Lowes I will get most of my items there even if it cost me more. I am totally remodeling my bathroom floor to ceiling lmk money for home depot.
